Northland Motel

Basic but clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. A bit of road noise but not distracting. Furnishings are basic but relatively new and in good condition. Will stay here again for future visits to the area.

We stayed here twice in the last two weeks. We used to stay here years ago and it has improved greatly.! The owners have put a significant amount of work in the rooms and made them quite pretty and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful! They have a perfect location and we will return. Thank you so much!

We needed a room after a long drive and it was late when we arrived. The host was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and spotless the room was. Super comfortable bed, crisp linens, glistening bathroom, everything you would hope for.Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you are in Sudbury!

Comfortable, clean room with lots of space. We stayed in the back which was nice and quiet, away from the noise of the traffic. Hosts were super friendly. It is a little pricier but it looks like they spent money upgrading the bathroom and putting in a nice medium sized fridge not one of those typical tinier sized ones.We got food the night before from the nearby Food Basics to have our own in room breakfast before hitting the road again. A coffee maker would have been nice though. That was the only downside. Or coffee in the lobby.Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Stayed 3 nights, room was big, but was in lower level. Not much light from window and also damp. Very clean, bathroom very clean only thing missing is a coffee machine in the room. The room had a fridge and microwave.Yes, there are places close by to get coffee, but the majority of motel/hotels have a coffee machine. Still under renovations, but did not cause any issues.Owners are very nice and accommodating.

Clean room and nice bathroom, nice manager and good management, good for snowmobiling and close to trail and gas station would definately come back again.

We were surprised by having a basement for a motel room when we called no mentionned of it. Reluctant would be the call when we arrived. The gentleman was happy to show the room. No air, basic tv cable , fan only.. no window to open. Here is the scoop...clean, very comfortable beds..good sleep. Place was full. Question? would I return....yes!

Rooms look better from the inside, than the outside gives them credit for. I stayed here years ago, they were what you'd expect. Now...pleasantly surprised.
