Amazing customer service. Dr. Boris took his time with and explained any question I had in detail. I came out of a hearing test learning alot more than I did. I understand how to cope and aid myself with my hearing issue. As well as recommending certain things I could do to improve my life or the next steps I could do as well. Very informative very caring and professional.

Completely satisfied with the service I've received. Love the hearing aids, have had no problems with them.The staff are helpful, courteous and efficient.Recently had another annual" check on the devices and everything is working fine.When I need batteries

Excellent Service. Both the front desk person and the hearing aid specialist were pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating to my needs. Did not find that the followup appointment was necessary as this was not my first hearing aid. This should be optional.

Kyle was so kind and patient with my great Aunt (she is 106). He was so professional and took the time to explain to all of us her level of hearing and provided us with great advice. We are grateful for your time and honesty. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Went in for a hearing test. As usually staff were very friendly and competent. I was shown the result of the test compared to previous test - no upgrade to hearing aids needed. Picked up new batteries from reception. Was out in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

Terrible service! My mom was assessed by them and offered hearing aids which she tried but was not satisfied with the noise quality. Went back and was told to try another pair which she liked. Never informed the new pair would be $400 dollars more expensive. Once she went back and said she was satisfied, they then told her of the increased cost. My mom refused to buy them. Should be more transparent when dealing with customers. I contacted head office's customer service manager to complain and left a message. Never received a call back. Poor customer service overall. Avoid!!

Very friendly, has parking and prompt service. The young man and I chatted easily and he has a great sense of humor. When told I hear low voices easily, I said, Well then I'll only talk to men from now on!"

Very Pleasant and Efficient. Personnel were very professional, discussed my results in a professional manner, without any attempt to sell me anything. I found this refreshing, and respectful. No qualms about going back or referring others.
