I highly recommend the Carrington Shoppe!The Shoppe carries all the favourite brands of clothing and equipment as well as many unique brands and styles that you don’t see at all the other stores.Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the Shoppe has a great online store with a good return and exchange policy.And they have great prices!My students and I buy all our stuff from the Carrington Shoppe!!

Love that it’s a local, small shop with friendly staff and so fun to be welcomed by sweet store pups. Excellent selection for all my equestrian needs. Great prices and also a “one stop shop” for dog gear, gifts, home goods and more! Was very impressed with this shop.

I always have a great experience at The Carrington Shoppe! They carry brands no one else carries and they’re always bringing in new and exciting items. The Romph Sarafina breeches are my absolute favourite! The customer service is always on point and they have plenty of sales throughout the year!

Always had a really great experience with customer service and good products. They always carry such unique items and brands that you cant find in North America. I also love the care in their personalized items. Definitely my go-to for treats and gifts; it is a mandatory stop for me when I visit the Vancouver area.

Truly appalling customer service! I bought several Rambo rugs from this shop after they told me Horseware had great warranty, and that they would keep all records of sales on their system and send rugs back to Horseware for me if any issues arose. When after a year one of the rugs did begin to leak (Rambo warranty for leaking is 3 years) , the chasm between sales pitch and actual customer service was truly astonishing. With the result that they threw away a $350 rug that was just over a year old having left one phone message. A couple of friends have told me similar stories with terrible shipping incidents and cancelled orders being sent out and charged so I would be very careful ordering from this company. All their stock is available elsewhere! I wish I'd dealt directly with Horseware, The Carrington shoppe are now saying they have no sales records prior to the company being taken over a few months back, which again, if you bought something being told they would keep records and you wouldn't have to, I'd beware.

The Carrington Shoppe carries beautiful and functional equestrian products. I live in Saskatchewan, but you are my go to store to purchase gifts for my sister who lives in New West. I order online and get quick shipping right to her door! I enjoy following your Insta account to keep up to date on the latest products in your shop. I would highly recommend your store to anyone in Canada!

Love this tack shop so much! They always have new and unique items that other tack shops don't carry, but still stock my favourite go-to brands. AND they have great gifts that work for non-horsey people! Their service is excellent too! So many times I've needed something ASAP and couldn't make it to the store, but they've found a way to get it to me. Just love that about them!

Love the Carrington Shoppe! Everyone went through great ends to help me find my Cinderella Slippers (amazing tall boots!). After special ordering 2 pairs for me, we finally found the perfect ones. Every time I go into the store, I always end up buying something and several of my favourite products (for horse and rider) have come from here!
