When I was named head coach of the Fort Saskatchewan Pee Wee AA Rangers, I knew that I wanted to provide our hockey families with a unique hockey experience. Not only will we focus on developing these 11 and 12 year old children into better hockey players, but we want to help them build foundational learning as they grow into young adults. For our program, this includes providing information on proper nutrition, exercise, and sleeping habits. I started with Rick and Denae because I wanted to workout regularly and to eat a healthy diet but couldn't seem to maintain the motivation.Rick and Denae started with a consultation and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They worked out a nutrition and excercise plan for me and I enjoyed it right away.I knew what I could eat and how much. It was like having real people living in my phone that gave me gentle daily reminders of what I needed to do to reach my goals.It was difficult at first but now it is routine. When COVID lockdowns occurred, it was even more important because it gave me a schedule.
