My skin is looking bright, with some sun spots fading well... very smooth after using the Lightener, Retinol (.25) and HydraRich after 2 months of use. Tammy and Bella have been great online help - very prompt, and France at Confident Image has been wonderful. I dropped one of the bottles and the pump action broke - Alumier and France were excellent about replacing it and promptly,, too!

I’m only 2 weeks in on my new skin care routine, so far I’m loving it. Had an issue with one of the pumps on my serums, Alumier (Bella) responded to my email quickly and got a replacement product within two days. Very impressed.

Outstanding product and amazing customer service. I've switched to Alumier from Dermologica a few years ago and I highly recommend to everyone to try Alumier. It has made my skin so great and the product quality is beyond my expectations. I had my mom switch too and she is beyond impressed with the results. I had an issue with a pump of one of the bottles I purchased and within 24 hours I had a resolution. Highly recommend this company for the customer service and the quality of product. Happily will be a customer for life.

I absolutely love Alumier have been using Alumier for a few years and have had their Glow Peel several times. If I need an esthetician, I only go to those who are using Alumier products.After taking a break for the last 8 months, due to a big move, I purchased a new line and am loving it. I had a small problem in which I reached out to customer service. Bella quickly got back to me, helped me out, accommodated me and solved my problem. I have always been happy with their customer service and their products. Alumier = 10/10
