They are pretty good here (Phone Experts)with crisis crew/associates.Attentive and good serviceI.Also is surprisingly good with tech support here. I will return there again at the ( Phone Expert) at Parkland Mall.if l have another mobile phone issue. Thanks, kris, and crew!

The girl helping me was very polite, but did not have full knowledge of if there were more options for me. Being a very long term client of Koodo (over 20 years) it would be nice to have some breaks or loyalty discounts when trying to add a child to the plan. Otherwise I am very happy with Koodo.

Thank you for having people like Kris. Anytime I have a question about products or about my phone. He always helps me talk about the pros and cons about each decision I would make with them. He is very knowledgeable and would recommend Kris for anyone to revive help from. When I was with him recently, he helped three people while helping me. He truly cares about his job and people. Thank you for having a technician like him at your store. I’ve been helped by him since September 2022. He is always a joy to see when ever I have a question he has the answer.
