Guycan installed the roof system at our office over 10 years ago. They have always been responsive and professional. Most recently they responded very quickly when high winds and driving rain caused metal flashing to tear off and cause a gash in the roof membrane. They fixed the problem quickly and provided solutions to minimize future issues.Darren is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Great customer service.

Great experience with the Guycan team. From the comprehensive sales presentation to the finished roof, it was a good experience. The roofing material was a superior option over traditional tar / gravel. Energy savings with a longer warranty and an overall lower cost. I am a property manager for a holding company in the Greater Toronto Area and recently became aware of several leaks in the roof of an industrial building with a 20,000 square foot PVC roof. The roof is not that old but was poorly installed.I met with Rob from Guycan who was easy to talk to and quite knowledgeable about flat roofs. It was not in our budget to replace the roof so soon, so Rob and his team got to work on cleaning, inspecting and patching well over a dozen split seams around the roof. Welding PVC membrane can be tricky, but they were able to find and repair all the issues and there have been no reports of leaks since. Rob also provided me with a very thorough and reasonable roof replacement estimate so that we could budget for a near future replacement.As a property manager I must do my best to make not only the landlord happy, but the tenant also. Guycan aided me in achieving these goals by providing an effective and prompt repair, at a competitive price and with great customer service. I know now that I can call Rob with any questions regarding any of our roofs, which is of tremendous value.I will be doing business with them again in the near future.

Our roof was in a very run down and poor condition and became progressively worse requiring immediate attention in the summer of 2018. It was leaking in the sanctuary of the church and our Sunday school rooms would have puddles of water when it rained. We started to call some roofing companies to get estimates and were stunned to know how much it would cost us. When we were not sure what to do or where to turn, we met a representative of the company, Mr. Robert Brunette. He came to our area to check the condition of roofs because of the storm season and gave us an estimate. We were very pleased with Mr. Rob and his expert service. He explained everything patiently and in detail, including the material used, warranty policies and government rebates.The installers were professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they were kind and courteous. The work they did was neat and clean reducing our workload as well. They were quick and accurate in completing the job. We are very satisfied and grateful for their service, method of payment settlement and have no hesitation in recommending this company to our friends that own their own commercial properties. They did a wonderful job for our church in the year of 2018. The Guycan Roofing team is exceptional, allowing us to be stress free in a time where we were uncertain of what to do. We had very good experience using this company to replace our roof and later to provide repairs. The contractors were experienced and within a reasonable time fixed the issue with no other follow up problems. I found this company to be true on its promise and was able to schedule my repairs within a decent time. We took our work to this company via a referral from other a customer who had a very good experience. I found them to be reliable providing top quality work. I recommend this company . You may have to wait for a bit to get your work done since they are very busy.

Great company and great roof!Last year we began looking into replacing our asphalt flat roof. We had many quotes which were quite high but worst of all the warranty period was no more than 5 years. Guycan proposed a vinyl roof which was less expensive, had a much longer warranty and included additional insulation. We not only saved money, but our heating bill went down, and we don’t have to worry about the roof for a very long time. I am very happy with the roof and choosing Guycan. Great company and I would recommend them and the roof they suggested to anyone.
