We had a stray barn cat show up at our house with a severely broken leg. Dr. Hanna Bishay took Xrays to confirm severe break in back leg & recommended an operation to put pins in the bone & 6 weeks of confinement in a small kennel to ensure minimal movement. 7 weeks later the pins came out, and the cat has full use of his leg and today is running, jumping, playing like nothing ever happened. When the cats future looked bleak, Dr. Hanna was able to formulate a plan that led to a 100% recovery. I still look at those before Xrays of the cat, to how the cat is today, and wonder how is that even possible. Thanks for your advise and precision operation capabilities. If you need a vet and you’re in the Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, or surrounding area, I cannot recommend this vet more. I brought my 15 year old dog in on an emergency visit for an intestinal obstruction, and Dr. Bishay took excellent care of him. This is a Veterinarian who cares not only about your pet but about you as well. He was compassionate, supportive, empathetic, kind, and very informative. He was upfront about our options and cost (very reasonable, btw), giving both his professional and personal opinion which I really appreciated. When he was able to give me good news about my dog after some very sad and scary hours of waiting, this man came out literally giant-smiling and clapping his hands to celebrate good news. He nearly shed a tear, that is how genuinely he shared in our joy and relief. My sweet old boy is recovering as we speak, and today Dr. Bishay called me himself to check in.I could not recommend this doctor more. 10/10, I will come back every time my dog needs a vet.

We had to bring our cat Dusty into Southfort Vet Clinic for a urinary blockage. He had to have emergency surgery and was treated by Dr. Hanna Bishay. He was so kind and helpful and the staff were amazing and super accommodating. We went between both Southfort Vet Clinic and Sherwood Vet Clinic (where Dr. Bishay also works). He’s a gem of a Dr. And genuinely cares for his patients and their human parents. He went well over and above and provided extra services that other Vet Clinics would undoubtedly charge for. Dr. Bishay is fantastic. One of my cats was having an issue and the Southfort Vet Clinic was able to get my cat in on the same day. My treatment from the time I walked in the door was amazing. Clear and compassionate. Dr Bishay let me know what my options were and was able to talk me through everything. He is skilled and knowledgeable and above all else so kind. He personally followed up over the phone in the following days to see how my cat was doing. Not all vets would do this now a days. I would highly recommend Dr. Bishay if you are in need of a vet.

I could not appreciate Dr Bishay and the staff here more. They have been phenomenal with helping figure out what's wrong with my cat. Dr Bishay is always knowledgeable and makes sure to ask if I have any questions and has assured me to call if I think of any later.Jasmine has gone above and beyond with helping figure out scheduling and putting in extra work to help me with insurance.I've never seen any cat so relaxed to go to the vet, the care and treatment by everyone here has been amazing and I couldn't be more grateful!
