Had Lindemann out to service our boiler, inspect the chimney liner and clean the dryer vent. Two appointments went really well. We called Lindemann for a second opinion/estimate after the company we had used for years recommended--for the first time--extensive and expensive repairs. Austin was courteous and professional and thoroughly explained his findings. Though he concurred with the first company as to the work needed, there was no sales pressure and his estimate was considerably lower. We hired him on the spot and agreed on a date. When they came, Austin and Jason were prompt, courteous, professional and completed the work as promised while taking great care to ensure that they did not make a mess in the family room or outside where they had to cut the chimney liner and insulation. When they left at the end of the day, we were very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Lindemann, especially Austin and Jason. We will be using Lindemann for all our future chimney inspections and repairs.

Great service and very friendly and courteous team. Their technicians did a fantastic job. We called Lindemann for a chimney cleaning and inspection. Long story short, it would have been more cost effective to install a fireplace unit than to repair our 50 year old chimney that was showing dangerous signs of decay. We love our new fireplace and are very, very happy with both the service we received and our new fireplace.

They were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with their workmanship and did an amazing job matching discontinued brick. At the end of each day the area was clean and orderly.
