Not only did they overcharge me, provided terrible customer service, but their cleaning quality was also shockingly subpar.To begin with, I was quoted a rate of $99 per hour for three cleaning ladies. However, after just two hours of cleaning, they unexpectedly tacked on an additional fee of $135 for the second hour. As a result, I ended up paying a total of $234 for just two hours of cleaning, exceeding the initially agreed-upon budget. This pricing discrepancy is highly deceptive and unprofessional. Fine! I paid the bill in full amount and must share my experience here.Moreover, when I reached out to their customer service for clarification, the experience was nothing short of infuriating. They not only failed to offer a satisfactory explanation but also had the audacity to hang up on me. It is truly astonishing how they can treat their customers so poorly.As if the overcharging and terrible customer service weren't enough, the cleaning quality was abysmal. I was appalled to discover that I had to clean the toilet myself after the cleaning crew left. It was evident that they had cut corners and neglected essential areas. These 3 cleaning ladies are nice, but not did a good job.I strongly caution anyone considering hiring this company. Not only will they drain your wallet with their deceitful pricing tactics, but they will also subject you to unprofessional customer service and an appalling lack of cleaning standards. Save yourself the frustration and seek a reputable cleaning company that values its customers and delivers on its promises. Good luck!
