Their website asked to only call their number in an emergency, otherwise please submit your details through their website and they would get back to you in 2-4 hours. Did that and after waiting three days they never called back so I went else where. Can't rate their work but it doesn't matter if they can't find the time to get back to you.

The customer service I received from these guys was a breath of fresh air. I haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past but the two guys from Sure Flow were friendly and professional. They were able to clear up the clogged drain I had with little to no mess and things they had to move they put back. Glad I called them and they will be my first call next time for plumbing related issues.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while , my grandparents used this company for a issue at their home , Stephane racette responded to the request. he showed up quickly, ready to work in poor weather with a smile on his face. I am leaving a review because the service was extremely professional and the job was well done but beyond that Stephane was down to earth and chatted about fishing and his kids with my grandparents as he finished what he needed too .he made them feel good and they are still talking about him to this day . you have a employee on your hands , you should be proud of him and his service!! 10/10

After having my girlfriend call this so called reputable company and asking for assistance to get water to our house, a gentleman came to the location and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. He took approximately 2 hours to tell me that my submersible well pump was the issue. This pump was installed by sureflow approximately 5 years ago, despite the fact that they have no record of doing this work. Submersible pumps of good quality typically last atleast 10 years....After receiving a hefty bill and getting no results they informed me that I should go to another plumbing company to resolve the issue...And I was charged for 4 hours labour to establish the fact that my pump is damaged/inoperable. When discussing with the receptionist about this problem i was told I'd receive a phone call/email (as I work away) to help explain the bill. I have received no contact whatsoever. I will most definitely not be calling on sureflow ever again!

Extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. Helped me diagnose and troubleshoot our issues and got things resolved very quickly while helping me understand and learn the entire process. Highly recommend!

I called this company in install a new shower. They arrived on time and the two gentleman were very professional and respectful. The shower bass and drain were already installed and I asked the plumbers to verify that the drain was probably setup and in good working condition. They assured me that everything was ready to go. To my surprise, once the shower was used the drain was not sealed and leaked through the ceiling in the basement. When I called to explain the situation I was told they would come and look at the drain but if they determine there was no fault on their part they would not cover the damages and charge me for the service call. I understand that they did not install the drain but I requested they check the drain and evidently they did not. When I spoke with an owner he were incredibly disrespectful and actually laughed at me on the phone.. He would not even come look at the drain free of charge after I already paid a large bill. Now need to find a new plumber to look at my drain and I need to replace the ceiling in my basement. Terrible customer service and zero respect. I do not recommend

We called Sure Flow plumbing for an after hours visit and they were incredibly responsive and very helpful over the phone. Will use for all future plumbing needs!

The service was amazing and quick! Had a deep clog past the trap of my kitchen sink. In no time they flushed out the clog and fixed a small leak out drain had as well.No mess was left and came in and wore slips over his feet. Price as as expected as well so no surprise as well. Definitely would recommend

Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They provide clear explanations for what needs to be done and reasonable estimates of costs. Excellent service from the first phone call to when the guys left with the work well done. Highly recommended.

I contacted Sure Flow on a recommendation and have used them twice. Both times the service was fantastic (Mack was dispatched both times, thanks Mack!). Once was for an emergency and the second for an unexpected repair. Response time was quick in both situations, and the work done was great. Would totally recommend.
