Ken Hammer was a fantastic realtor for us. My wife and I have been looking at buying a home in Nanaimo for quite awhile. Ken was very helpful to us in showing us properties when we were clearly still getting a feel for the market and what we really wanted/needed. He had great insights into the local market, and on the homes we were looking at. Very professional, friendly and genuine. It was a great pleasure to work with Ken and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Kerry Goodwin was amazing to work with as first time buyers! She was very clear and patient about explaining the ins and outs of buying a condo and stuck with us through a gruelling 7 month journey of navigating the crazy Nanaimo real state market. She shows a lot of professionalism and you can tell she is devoted to her job and clients!

We moved into our place over a year ago through the rental agency at RE/MAX with Guy Litton helping us. When we moved in the place was disgusting and needed hours of cleaning and one of the toilets was also not working. Months later after continuous phone calls into Guy finally we had someone out to look at the toilet, it was still not fixed by the person they sent, and after 5 months we gave up and went our entire year lease missing a toilet because of their incompetence. If your looking for a bad experience sign a contract with RE/MAX and hold on for dear life because we had nothing but issues from day one. Would not recommend this company to anyone after our experience.

Kyle Parsons was the third realtor I used when trying to purchase my house. The first two did not make me a priority and when I would ask to view showings I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Kyle was completely different. He stayed in contact every day. Knew exactly what I was looking for and I never felt like I was an inconvenience. Kyle was always available and worked around my schedule for showings. Kyle is very professional and I would recommend him as your next realtor.

I'm very happy we made the call to Bobby Toor. Mission accomplished, house sold within our target range! He saved me money, as well, with his knowledge of what not to waste efforts on before selling.Bobby was with us on our journey from owning a property we could not manage to a sold property. Not impressed with the misleading advertisement. They have three lots shown in their promotional photo side by side for sale on Icarus in Nanaimo. The picture shows these three lots connected to one price. When we phoned to inquire I was given an apology. These lots have been up for sale for over 55 days and no one noticed how misleading their advertisement was? Shame. Makes me not trust Remax.

Mark Koch has sold a couple houses for us. We chose him again as our realtor, more than 10 years after he sold our first place, because he was motivated, professional, timely, friendly, organized, thorough, well connected, and down-to-earth. The challenges we faced selling the second house were very substantial, and Mark made a gargantuan effort to make it happen. Now, after our second sale, I see his work ethic and knowledge through years of experience are what make him my absolute top recommendation if one needs a realtor.
