Best service I've had anywhere in years!!!!When we smashed our rear window in Northern BC, we knew it was going to be difficult getting another one quickly. After calling around everyone said it would take 4 to 5 days, but Northway Glass was ahead of the competition by a couple days. And when we got there, such friendly, professional service and not only did they replace the window, they repaired 5 chips, cleaned all the windows and to top it off, they vacuum and cleaned the dash. Dont go anywhere else, even if it is just for the friendly service. Thank you team.

Really happy with service, maybe time for me when I was in town from kamloops. Then drove me out and picked me up from Miworth. Carter was friendly and I felt comfortable driving around with him. Thank you.

My windshield was totalled and I’ll be highway driving over the holidays so I needed a fast fix. They got me in quicker than anyone else in town could. I had my vehicle back in a timely manner, they gave me a complimentary car wash, glass cleaner and repaired chipping paint around my windshield. Thank you to Tina, the store front staff, Nick and the shop staff! Highly recommend, they’re now my Go To!

Had the best experience getting my windshield changed. The staff made it super easy and the customer service was impeccable.Tina was so friendly and helpful in helping me schedule and reschedule my appointment when something came up. The rest of the staff was also great! They gave me a ride to work and were able to drop my vehicle at my work when they were done. I recommend them to all my friend and family along with anyone else who needs a windshield repaired!

After our business suffered a break in at 4:30 in the morning one Friday, Northway Glass had someone there replacing our broken window pane within an hour. The stress this took off of us was immense. We were able to open at our usual time and the events of the early morning were invisible to our customers. The entire team has been amazing to work with from the office staff and Carter to the trades coming to install various safety measures to our property. They even warrantied our original glass pane when it had to be replaced with one with a mail slot. I’m so grateful to Carter and the team in helping us turn a really unfortunate situation into a much more positive one.

They talk to you about important details and make sure that you get the original windshield required by ICBC. And all of this in a very good time frame. They're also doing all kind of windows for your house, industrial building... you name it.

I cannot explain how grateful I am for their service. I called from Chetwynd after my window took a rock and smashed inwards. They booked me in first thing in the AM the very next day. They provided me a courtesy ride both ways which was so helpful as I was able to continue with my planned business. They completely handled the insurance claim for when I returned and all within 2 hours! Free window spray too. Fully recommend and Prince George is lucky to have this business.

Holy smokes were these guys great! It's been a long time since I had to replace a windshield and when I called in, Tina was able to help with everything. She was able to work around my schedule and got everything set up! Phenomenal service, I highly recommend these folks!
