Ordered myself hot cakes, hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, and a medium fruit topia. Hot cakes came with no butter or syrup, sundae barley had any fudge when it was supposed to be extra, and the drink was completely watered down.

This is the kiosk inside Club Regent. There was only one person behind the counter, so only one person at a time. Took too long. I counted 8 people in front of me. Need another cashier for when they get slammed.

Okay. Service was good, staff I dealt with were courteous. Nice because of the renos.Reason it gets 2 stars is I came here specifically to bring my kids to the play area. The play area is in a room with no tables or chairs. It says parents must supervise their kids, but how am I supposed to do that when I have to stand in a tiny room with 3 snowsuits?? The tables outside the play area can't even see what is going on in there. Bizarre set up.

Excellent play place for my 4 year old! The play place is open from 7am-9pm. The restaurant is what you expect from McD's. This location can get VERY busy

Manager was obviously having a bad day. I've never seen a manager roll her eyes to a customer and give them attitude. If that's the type of customer service you get at this location I won't be coming back.

This is the McDonalds in Club Regent Casino. I ordered a burger with NO Cheese and when I got up to my room the label said no cheese however there was cheese on the burger. Just frustrating when you pay money for something and it can't be followed

Asked for extra sauce after spending $17 and was told I needed to pay 20¢ for each extra sauce. Keep your Sauce!Once again I ordered here and asked twice for lots of Ketchup and didn't even end up with one pack. Good Job

I placed an order thru Uber Eats for dinner. I ordered 20 PC chicken nuggets bundle meal for 2 + a 10 piece chicken nuggets, Uber Eats did what it said and had my order to me ahead of their set time, Thank-you to Uber Eats! McDonald's on the other hand did not come thru as promised our food was 100% Cold, not even warm COLD chicken nuggets and fries. You would think 30 chicken nuggets some of them would be hot, no all of them were cold. McDonald's Classic long running food chain know for burgers and fries? Maybe with more.and more customers ordering on-line McDonalds could invest some of their Billions into getting customers their food HOT!I will not order from them again.
