Worst U-Haul experience ever!! They will charge you extra fuel fee without informing you. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Needs to be replaced on someone more educated, intelligent and smart. NEVER RECOMOMMEDED.

Avi was welcoming, friendly,super helpful and informative. Even my return of the vehicle was quick, efficient and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at your Uhaul 900 Progress Ave location. I will definitely rent from this location and I already told some friends about the great service I received.

Horrible place to rent u-haul vans...!!I did a u-haul truck rental with this agent...They took extra fuel price even though I have returned the truck with the same fuel...The owner was so aggressive, he was trying to educate me the fuel economy of GMC Savana(Cargo van)He told us to drive 25km I need to fill the gas with $12. That means the fuel economy of the van is almost 2km/ litter, which is less than the super cars...He told me, he don’t know the fuel economy of other vehicles since he is using a hybrid car. Such a embarrassing explanation he made...!!!Thank god...!!U-haul is such a nice company who always give CustomerCare, I got the money back which was charged extra.!!!The CustomerCare representative and myself was laughing when I was explaining this situation, she told me this agent is trying to fool customers. They have already got some complaints regarding this agent, also this agent(Becker finch) under observation if they will repeating like this they may loose the contract with u-haul...!!!For future customer, if anyone choosing this agent always always take a picture of fuel gauge before leaving the place, also show them the fuel gauge reading, otherwise they will make a bill what ever they want...!!!!!Anyone looking for good service, please call the customer service,they will help you to find a good agent near you..!!!!!!My feedback: Don’t choose the agent “Becker finch”

I rented a van for moving. It was in excellent condition. Nice and friendly service. Location is not that impressive. But provided good service. No complaints. I liked it

Very bad and disgusting service of U haul. The representative does not know how to behave with customers. Also, representative does not wear the mask properly and he allows the customers without masks in the store. Not the proper place for U haul.

Great service! The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I would rather use the ttc back and forth with all my boxes. They took so long to give us the keys (mind you I filled all the information online ahead of time), he took customers even if I was there first. It took them 40 mins before we got our keys. When we return the truck back, the lady was insisting that we didn't put enough gas. My boyfriend and I were giving her the paper that the guy gave us but she didn't want to see it. We put more gas than what's on the paper. They also said we didn't come on time, so the guy from the morning started our time while he took other customers.I don't normally write these review things but I had a really bad experience.

This location is 3 minutes driving distance from my home. My doctor son introduced himself and requested a van for moving few stuffs to his downtown residence, The van was booked for 4:00 pm for another customer. And we just wanted it for one hour from 3 to 4 pm . But due to traffic it was little late to return the van and we communicated this while driving back from downtown. She communicated this to the next customer who was booked for 4 pm. The customer was flexible too. The lady was very nice and accommodating. Not only that but she communicated to the person who was to take over her duty at 4 pm. The guy was also very good. He did not charge extra. I can refer this place to my friends. Very friendly and cooperative staffs. Thanks .

Great experience with this dealer. Since it was my first time ever renting a van or any vehicle, naturally I had a lot of questions and wanted to confirm everything since I'd be dropping off the vehicle after hours. The young man at the front clarified everything and completed the paperwork in a timely manner. He also had a great attitude even though I might've asked a few obvious questions. I'm not too sure if there was some error online as well but I opted out of the $15 coverage fee and when I was sent my receipt, I was still charged for it. Luckily I contacted a representative using the number on the website and the lady helping me resolved it very quickly. She was lovely and did not hesitate to correct the websites error so I'll definitely be using U-Haul in the future due to these two incredible individuals.

Rented a truck, my experience was good with them. No surprises!
