The staff is terrible. I visited just now and ordered a strawberry matcha oat with cold foam and it looks DISGUSTING and I don’t even see the cold foam (I picked up the drink within a minute so it should go down that quick). I asked why is the matcha powder like that and she was like “oh even if we shake it it’s like that”. I also work at Starbucks and I know the powder won’t melt entirely but it shouldn’t look that bad either. It’s you not having the skill girl. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE.

Best Starbucks in the GTA, hands down.The employees here are consistently courteous, friendly and efficient. Whereas many Starbucks locations take five minutes to move a lineup of three patrons, this one runs like a well-oiled espresso machine. Baristas remember your name and your drink, and hit that sweet spot between pleasant chatter and speedy service. Furthermore, the premises are kept clean (unlike many downtown locations) and the drip coffee is fresh.I commend the entire team at this outlet for their teamwork, dedication and spirit. Other stores would be well served to emulate the excellent model presented by this stellar location.

Stopped by this location for a quick break before picking up my son from his practice. First time visiting this location and let me just say I was SO impressed and happy with my experience. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. Secondly the staff at this location is so diverse and that is a huge win and I hope to see this at even more Starbucks locations. Service was quick, the facility is clean. I was so impressed I had to ask who was the manager/ supervisor. Tracy was the supervisor on site - she was so warm, kind and it’s everything you want on your Starbucks visit. Keep doing an amazing job! Kudos to the staff who were all on site. I live far from here but I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Definitely one of the worst Starbucks Cafés that I ever been too. It took the barista forever to make my simple latte, despite the fact that I was the only person that she was servicing. They have plenty of chairs & tables, and played really nice music. Nonetheless, the services was absolutely disappointing. Don’t come here or otherwise you will have a terrible time.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday. All the stuff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make you day better. I love the atmosphere there too, is a good place to meet with friends or work meeting. Even the customers that go there are very friendly. Definitely one of my top Starbucks location.

I think her name was Caroline, but I'm not 100% sure. But she was an incredible barista who took my order this afternoon for my birthday drink :) she was incredibly friendly and sweet, and gave me a great recommendation for the strawberry coconut refresher. I loved it. 10/10!

My friend and I came to enjoy a coffee and dessert. We were greeted by this magnificent, vibrant lovely lady Patrice. When she smiled she literally lite up your shop. She was kind, polite, helpful and there was just this presence from her of loving what she does and being with the public. I needed to share as I feel there is never enough of the good. Patrice if you get the chance to read this, thank you for making our day that much bright❤️
