Plomberie Budget Drain - Dollard-des-Ormeaux

Budget Drain let us down badly with a main sewer replacement. They did not do the necessary liaison with the city. They backfilled the excavation and left us without connecting up the water line, leaving us several days without water before the city rescued us. The job was poorly done and they charged us 50% more than the normal rates. Pointe-Claire city workers told us we should cancel the payment, but we were too late. Twice we contacted their office with these complaints but they never responded.

I called them for a drain problem they were for quick getting to my home the 2 gentleman that came were very polite and they charge less than other plumbers around what a great job.

Dealt with him once previously and was ok, called a yeaf later, came to fix my toilet, was there for literally 15 mins. Paid him 200$ for it to stop working after 2 days. Called him back said he would come back. Blocked my number and never heard of him. Goodluck dont choose this guy.

I have a leaking from the tap in my kitchen's sink. After checking the tap, they claimed that it was not possible to repair it, and they offered me to buy them a new one. Here is when my problem with this company starts, the one that they offered in 150 CAD was overpriced. The same model you can find it in home depot for less than 100 bucks. Moreover, they add an extra 5 dollars charge for COVID-19 frais. Who on earth receives money extra for covid-19?On the bright side, they come the same day I called them, and installed the tap without problems. However, I feel busted.Because of the unreasonable prices, I won't use the services of this company again.P.S. Attached you will find a copy of the invoice.

TLDR: amazing job and will be hiring them in the future!I hired Budget Drain to do 4 fix ups (change a bathtub cartridge, fix a noisy toilet, look at a potential leak and replace an outside faucet). They finished all that in 1.5 hours PLUS looked and emptied my garage drain too all for around $220 which is great. The two people who came were very friendly, professional and very clean. I am extremely happy with their service. Thank you!
