Our head office is located in Kelowna in the beautiful Okanagan region, and we have satellite locations in Kamloops, Revelstoke, Vancouver and Calgary to service all of Western Canada.

Had an absolutely fantastic corporate experience with BlueStar when we used them to transport over 150 conference delegates from hotel to a winery dinner. On time, responsive, courteous, and very friendly. Zero problems or delays made for very happy guests. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Our Vancouver Venturers Walking Club trip to Penticton with walk stops in Hope & Princeton took place with smooth precision and timing. Having BlueStar Coachlines with driver John pick us up and take us on our adventure was perfect. Our organizers feel like geniuses having made the decision to have BlueStar take us on this trip. Next trip- walking Canmore/Banff in September with BlueStar looking after us again.

We have used BlueStar many times to transfer our clients with great success. Their customer service is excellent. Bluestar coaches are always clean and in excellent condition. Their drivers are safe, reliable, professional and helpful. Generally, drivers arrive at pick-up locations approximately 30 minutes to the scheduled departure time. Additionally, our clients appreciate that BlueStar drivers wear company uniforms, which further reinforces their overall professionalism.

We had our class A RV serviced and our Air Conditioning repaired here. The lot is secure and spacious, as are the service bays. Employees are excellent. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended.

BlueStar Coachlines recently transported almost 50 walking club members to several wonderful stops between Vancouver and Canmore, Alberta. We booked 2 coaches with Bluestar for a Girl Guide Trip in June 2019!Our trip was awesome because we had amazing drivers!My bus had Ian and we really got along great. He kept us informed on time lines, made recommendations for breakfast locations, he was very kind and considerate and helpful. I also think he genuinely enjoyed his time with us.Greg was the driver of the second bus, and he was wonderful too. We took the bus from Kelowna to Vancouver on December 20th and Keith was our driver - he was great! The weather and conditions were concerning, but he drove carefully and was very communicative the entire ride and we arrived back safely after having our flights cancelled two days in a row.

That is the best service we’ve ever had for our busing at our Annual Conference. The estimated number of buses we'd need was exact, they were on time, the drivers were courteous and when we were looking for the last buses to arrive, the first driver took care of that for me and came back to let me know the status. Really made a busy evening less stressful.
