Do not spend your money here.Don’t typically write reviews, but hopefully this will save you.The staff here talk you into buying a product which is not suited for you just to get it off their hands. I was completely honest with the staff and detailed that I hadn’t known too much about the sport of snowboarding. They used this to their advantage and talked me into snowboard gear that was not suited for me at all.After getting some advice from an expert from a trusted shop, I had asked for a refund THE NIGHT of purchase, only to be told that “all sales are final” “sorry bud”I should have read the other reviews before shopping here.Cheers.

extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I had my 2 children and they were very patient with both in getting the right boots and skis. we will be back again next year.

Purchased a women’s ski pants by O’Neilll. Was told that this brand is good and the store never had complaints. It turned out that pants are completely not waterproof and soak like cotton cloth. At a -15C with very light snow on the chair lift they got wet in 5 min and then froze into an icy shell. The store does not take them back if worn once, so $130 goes to the trash…2 stars only because the store has some good brands like kids Obermeyer for a decent price. Otherwise, very disappointed and will not shop here again.

A full set of snow gear was purchased here with a nice price two years ago, and snow socks and masks were also given away. Recently, I recommended it to my friend. In the face of novice skier, they have provided a full range of guidance! Very good! We will definitely come back when upgrading gears!

I decided to get back into skiing and I needed to buy all my gear. I had a wonderful experience at Ski 2 Sky as I was given a lot of information and advice to help me get the right equipment based on my needs and preferences. Everyone there is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am prepared to hit the slopes! Thank you again!

The Customer service at this store is fantastic. The clerks were very knowledgeable and were able to help me find the right pair of skis and boots! Huge range of jackets, goggles and gloves too
