Good location to go to if you're looking for somebody who knows their stuff. I came in here last week looking for some flower and some edibles and Tyra was there help me as soon as I walked in. She immediately asked me if I needed any direction and was able to answer basically every question I had about what I was buying. She impressed me by her extensive knowledge about the products and her personability. Excellent service. The store was full and she had a lot on her plate with many people needing assistance, which she was there to help every time. She killed it. She definitely knows what she's doing. 10/10

I asked for something specific. I thought staff member put it in the bag. When I got home i realized it was wrong.It was late so I went back the next day. NO RETURNS. A tiny 2×2"sign says no returns after it leaves the store. The Manager seemed unapologetic or empathetic. I hatethe Bakesale I got stuck with.. Always too dry"

The staff here are awesome! Amazing prices and good selection for the most part. Only downside is the online ordering system. Getting setup can be really difficult at times. But going in store is better as you get the hands on knowledge. My only goto store for this!

Some very lovely staff, However. I had been going for months since moving to alberta over a year ago. One day as I went in attempting to purchase something, the cashier working the desk declined to accept my Nova Scoita ID/Drivers license. Even after serving me multiple times. Decided to no longer shop here and go to another place in town.
