I would like to thank Warda Ejaz for helping us in a wonderful, valuable and useful manner, and she was very kind in her treatment of us, and the service was very easy and fast, and she gave us valuable advice and guidance in the process of creating a new account for my wife today 9/3/2023 at five o’clock in the evening Excellent customer service from Warda Ejaz as a Personal Banking Assistant. I recently had a awful experience at TD streetsville branch and I was not happy. I was transfer funds from my account in RBC to my TD account via bank draft. I was advised when I got my draft to show my transaction receipt to prevent a hold. So I went to TD was advise that there is a hold aka clearing of 5 days. I advise and show the receipt but said no. Said I could have the other RBC bank manager call her to verified. I as did not want a hold on funds so go back to RBC and was advise the do not verify funds over the phone and the receipt should be good enough. The have not verified over the phone for 6 years!! Being feed up went to branch on britanna and had no issues and accepted my funds without hold with receipt.This wasted an hour of my time and will no longer go to streetville branch because of this. I will give shout out to Britianna TD manager for helping very quickly and efficiently.

AVOID!! If I could give it no stars I would. Never banking with this branch again. I spent my whole day (5 hours total) asking the branch to fix a mistake THEY MADE (FYI they didn’t fix it). The advisors are incompetent especially (Kevin- avoid at all costs) and the managers (Harleen and Jake) are verbally abusive, unprofessional and incredibly rude. After I opened a US chequing account that was recommended to me by Kevin, I transferred some of my funds to it. I was then told by the teller that I can’t access the money in the account I opened to make purchases with the TD card while in the US. I was told by Kevin at my appointment that I can, hence the whole point of why I opened the account. I waited for another 2 hours to be told that they should have never opened this account for me as it doesn’t suit my needs and that Kevin gave me incorrect information, made assumptions and was not aware of the limitations to US banking. I asked to return the funds to me (original value) but they refused. I was promised by the manager there, Harleen, that I would receive a call from the branch manager to discuss, I waited for another hour and she never called. I went back to ask to speak to a branch manager and I was told by the manager at the time (Jake) I’m not going to receive a call. I requested them to schedule me an appointment to meet with the branch manager and Jake called me hostile and threatened to throw me out of the branch. This was worse than a scam.

We had a 1 pm appointment, had to wait till 1:15 when our consultant came in with coffees in her hand. Not impressed with the customer service.

Received an email out of the blue from a Gagandeep who claims to work at this location. He was talking about a pre-approved credit card. Is this legit, or a scam?

After reading the reviews of others I think it’s very imp to share my experience, with hope that TD won’t let it happen any bad or misbehave with other customers. One of the teller “Harleen Malhi” treated me with very hatred attitude and indirectly gave me look and dialogues/impressions like I don’t deserve to be served. Just based on her doubtful assumption about whatever, she made me feel like I’m a criminal and doing a fraud or something. After wasting a lot of time she had to serve me bc I was right but It was worst experience the way she did all that. It is easy for me and ok to just avoid it and move on but I’m very sorry for others who may be just tolerating her hatred behave. Just sharing with hope that TD may educate their staff some manners about equality and humanity. I pray for her that God bless her with gift of acceptance and respect for all people.Let's say No to any type of discrimination, specifically at this TD branch.

Excellent customer service from Leela Rampaul!In other branch, I tried to deposit Stock Certificate(DRS), but no success. Leela is very professional and patient: she made phone calls to find out the detail, then prepared/submit the forms. After that, she followed up to make sure that everything went through and got confirmation on her last day in this branch.Thank you very much for your service!

I never have to wait for a long time, people there always try there best to help, especially Christina. She is very professional, nice, explains things clearly.

I am still upset about the abusive treatment I received at this branch a few months ago. I am no longer a customer but had received some mail from the bank. When I went in to inquire, I encountered a male employee named Khaled who was so ABUSIVE to me I had to write a complaint to the head office to which I received an apology. I was in a hurry that day and was dressed in a pair of old jeans and a t-shirt. So apparently if you are an older person dressed down you are not worthy of decent treatment?
