We cannot say enough positive things about this place!It was our first time boarding our puppy and they made it an absolute breeze.They care for the animals as if they’re their own and the animals can tell they genuinely care. We picked up our dog happy as ever! Highly recommend!

I have boarded my dogs at this kennel in the past and present and was always happy with peace of mind leaving them at Wyndwood because they are cared for so well. Jennifer and Jeremy go above and beyond caring for my dogs. I think this is a wonderful facility and would recommend it to anyone looking to board their animals!

All the staff are truly amazing; so accommodating and truly love the animals. Our dog starts to whine everytime we pull into the driveway, to drop him off, He is always so excited to be there. They take such great care of him for us. We never worry about him while he is in their care.

The owners of the kennel are super sweet and really caring but they didn't ask me for vaccine records for my dog, and while he usually seemed really happy here the last few times he was here he was a lot more stressed when I picked him up, and the last time he had bloody diarrhea. Immediately took him to emerg and they figured he'd eaten something pretty nasty, so I lost confidence in the place. Also very hard to get ahold of!

My dog loves staying here! You can tell that the staff really care about animals and want to make sure your pet has a good stay. I love that they have separate areas for large and small dogs as well. Really a great place to take your pet.

My two dogs were very happy and well taken care of, they made sure to ask all questions about each dogs needs, and it is very obvious every employee there knows how and loves to take care of animals 10/10 will go back, if I need a kennel in the area again.

The facility is awesome. The staff is awesome. My dog actually gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. I live in Red Deer and drive to Sylvan Lake because they do such an amazing job. It's a great feeling to know your furry babies are not distressed while you are away. Love it!

The only place in central Alberta to really pamper your dog when you are away on holidays.My dog was there for two weeks this vacation and when I went to pick him up, just like every other time as happy as he is to see me he also wants to run back in and do whatever he was doing at the time.They have tv time with cartoons, snuggle time, we pay extra for daily 1/2 hour walks, during the day he is free to go in and out as he pleases to either play with other dog's his size or play with the toys, or stay snuggled in his room.

I highly recommend this place. We have had our dog stay here for both a short term stay and a long term stay and both experiences were great. She was happy to return the second time and was happy both times we arrived to pick her up. The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. We live in Innisfail and we have had such great experiences that we will continue to drive to Sylvan just to have our furry family member stay here.
