I ordered 173.12 worth of sewing supplies & Material on May 7th, 2020 & paid thru eTransfer, that day, by my daughter Tracy Summerfield. My daughter got the confirmation that the payment went through to order desk. Watertower Textiles, to this day, states they did not get payment, even though my daughter's bank statement says they did. Nobody answers the phone there either. And despite repeated emails from myself & my daughter they have kept the $ & not delivered the goods. I want a complete refund now & the courtesy of a returned phone call.

I recently made my first purchase with WTTC and was very happy with how quickly the package arrived. Unfortunately one of the fabrics was not cut to the correct length and I had to message them about the issue. I was very relieved with her kindness and how quickly she corrected the error. I have already recommended the website to a friend and look forward to another purchase.
