The most awkward drive-thru I've ever been to. And they close so early. I understand Grand-Mere isn't the place that's the most alive but they should at least close at midnight.

Waited at least 35mins in drive-thru. While giving my order and receiving it the employees where laughing and talking between themselves while serving me. Took 7mins for them to take my order and all I took was 2 drinks and timbits. Really not impressed.

Rated 4 stars 2/3 yrs ago. Reduced to 3 stars as customer service has declined noticeably as there is a lack of employees and waiting times have increased. (The second teller has not been in use for a long time-during morning rush)

Really bad service! The lady was super rude! They don't care what you really want! I was not looking to get a breakfast but even if it was passed noon the breakfast menu was still on the signs at the drivethru and no one wouldn't move a finger to flip the signs even the 2 employees that where smoking right beside would not help us! Basically if you want to see the menu you have to go somewhere else! I only took a coffee and went to a&w for my lunch!
