I had a very good experience at the store. I went into Costco and came to know about the store. I called Mr Song and he suggested I visit the store. He had a look at the tires and he suggested that I replace all of them (instead of the only flat one) as they were close to damaged. I chose Michelin tires as I would never compromise with the quality. I also took the additional warranty of 8.75 per tire. He was patient enough to answer all my questions, I recommend the store to all looking for reliable and personalized care for your vehicle.

I took my Mercedes to this location to replace the alternator and get my annual services (oil change, brake fluid, and air filter). Soong helped me with all the services. He was very informative, helpful and nice. I would absolutely recommend others to go see Soong. This location will always access first before charging you for anything. They are good!

Monday morning, I called Song and told him the tail light on my 2007 car had burnt out. Could I bring it in after eleven that day? No problem at all, and everything was right as rain a short while later. What a blessing to have them in the neighbourhood. So pleasant and professional.

I don't normally trust large franchised shops with my car, but Song is a very honest and hardworking man. I've been going here for 5 years now, and I trust him with all my auto needs. The crew is great and knowledgeable, and I will always return as long as Song is here! He's the best!

I booked online 3 weeks ago to have a seasonal tire change. I was in and out of Green and Ross in 20 minutes. They even performed a road test to be sure that everything was okay. I moved my business from a dealership because of recommendations from family members. It was an excellent decision!

Got my rear brakes done recently. The process was done perfectly and correctly. Dealing with Song wasgreat as well. But after taking the car for a drive, the car started to make squeaky noises when driving at constant speed, but stops when braking. This issue never occurred prior to my visit. And one of my tire cap was missing so I had to buy new ones of that.Update: after going back to the store they were able to fix the problem! Very helpful customer service (song)

I recently took my 2010 Journey in for an oil change and a mechanical review. I like dealing with Song. He is honest about any work that needs attention and what can wait. He has been able to save me money and give some advice on options for future maintenance. I've gotten to know some of his staff in the shop and I always get great service here.
