ATB Financial

The Lethbridge branch of this institution offers an outstanding level of customer service. It's rare to find that these days. As their front line and first impression, ATB's staff are doing a remarkable job and should be commended. They go above and beyond for their cusotmers.

My experience with ATB Paramount is the worse ever. If this review has a zero star, I will give them that. Very unprofessional. I usually go to the McGrath Drive branch but because they are busy, I try this branch. Biggest mistake.

ATB Is a Bank for Alberta people to land money on low interest to start up something new

I find myself increasingly more frustrated by the lack of supposedly available amenities. The ATM vestibule is locked in the evening, so I cannot deposit or withdraw money after 10pm. For most this might not be a problem, but as a server my hours are all over the place. A number of times I’ve tried to take out money to replenish my float before my next day’s early shift, only to discover that it is not possible unless I use another institution’s machine, which generally costs me $8-$10 when both bank’s fees are incorporated into my withdrawal.This morning I arrived in hopes of simply breaking some larger bills, only to find, on a Friday, 1 teller and a line-up of people which looked at least 10-15 minutes deep. So I opted for the ATM, only to find both machines were unavailable.If you’re going to minimize your labor costs by reducing staff, please don’t decommission both of your banking machines at the same time. Also, consider having some of the people in their offices cross-trained so they can assist your clients when they do need a simple task done which can only be done with a bank employee (like a new debit card).I rarely even go into the bank, other than to pull out cash for work, as it seems on any given day, I’m required to alot at least 15-20 minutes to conduct a very simple transaction.If ATB is the bank for the little guy, then I think they need to focus on making day to day transactions simple for all us little guys who can’t afford a personal account manager.

Awesome, I have never been treated with such care, respect and valued as a customer/client! I was well taken care of by an Awesome Financial Specialist by the name of Andrew. I am definitely switching to ATB Financial from TD.

The paramount branch is so incredible! This branch is the only reason I am with ATB. Trying to verify funds with royal bank for a draft is impossible because of a very poor royal bank policy. the branch manager here (Michelle) actually discussed the situation with personal banking specialist (Susan). And they bent over backwards for me and walked down to royal bank to verify the funds because Royal bank refuses to accept calls to verify funds, basically nullifing the whole reason someone would get a certified cheque or draft. This Branch is the best! I am totally blow away with the service!! Above and beyond.Troy

I cannot believe a bank that says it's their for Albertans continued to charge small business owners affected by covid19 monthly bank fees when they were shut down and Quarantined.I personally will be leaving this institution ASAP!!!

Literally lost my money in a bank transfer for taxes. Has done nothing to help me in 6 months and has resorted to making me figure out their own mistake on by. Highly unprofessional, does not return or even answer calls for that matter. Management changes every month. This place needs some serious restructuring with management that value their customers.

Scrooge Bank Foreclosed on my friend who is a single father whose business went down during the pandemic. He has 4 young children and they're kicking him out of his home January 1st. Shame on ATB Bank of Scrooge

This is a nice ATB. Staff is always been friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a pain if it's busy downtown.
