I used a law student from Gatto law. After waiting a year to hear back from the court I was informed the papers were not actually filed. Lawyer tried to blame the clerk even though the clerk doesn’t do anything without the lawyer’s approval. Papers were then filed appropriately, however every time I call to follow up, I have to leave a message as the lawyer is always ‘ on another call’. He does not return emails in a timely manner but needs reminder emails and phone calls. I chalk it up to poor executive functioning skills or he doesn’t feel my case is important. I’d suggest using the certified lawyer at this office not a student to hopefully have better service.

I've used Gatto Law over the last 15 years for my Real Estate transactions, Corporation registrations, Will's, etc...The service and results are consistently top notch. The interaction with the staff is fantastic and his office has a real family feel. I highly recommend.

I used them for the sale and purchase of two properties. They were very professional and explained everything to me. They always replied to my emails and answered all my questions. Compared to other places ive used in the past they made the buying/selling experience a bit less stressful.

Neutral experience. They charge approximately 50% more than the market price, most of them consist of disbursement charges. Was given a discount when brought up the market price, but they still couldnt get even close to it. Would not recommend for simple house closing.

This firm never did any of their own work. They didn't bother to do a work order or title search. They figured title insurance would cover it, but it did not because the house was bought as is. That being my first house was a hard lesson, it cost me about 15,000 to fix everything and a hard life lesson, to use a good real estate lawyer.

Must say the experience at Gerry’s Law Office was extremely personable and professional.I have used Gerry on two of my previous real estate deals and have always been pleased with the results and pricing for the quality of work in return.Big thanks to Gerry and his team!!

Despite being referred to Gattolaw for a home purchase and agreeing to take on our transaction, we had continuous problems with lack of response. They also showed up 30min late and unprepared to review and sign the final documents. We will not be using their services again.

Very bad experience and nothing but money wasted on work and promise that failed to produce positive resultsI recommend, really do your research before you hire a lawyer, especially when it comes to Wills and estate disputes.
