My instructor was friendly, however some of the other staff were either slow in replying to my emails or didn't respond at all. It took almost 3 months to begin my course from the time I applied, partly due to the lack of communication I just mentioned and a shortage of in-person/on-campus instructors. After several delays I eventually decided to settle for an online instructor. When it came to writing my exam I emailed them multiple times for my exam voucher code. The cost of the exam is supposed to be included as part of the course. However, they didn't respond the first time and the second time they said they would look into the matter and never responded back. I expected more professional business practices from a college.
