Experienced a very long, stressful shellac manicure and pedicure today. The gal took nearly 1 1/2 hours on just my pedicure alone. She used a foot scrub that was literally rinsed off from the gal who just finished her pedicure next to me~ unsanitary and filed my skin a couple times instead of my nail. My manicure had to be rushed as we had a previous engagement and it had already been 2 hours. Left with lumps and bumps in my nail polish. I think she was either sick or I was her first client. Extremely disappointed in her lack of abilities. The intention of this review is not to hurt the business but to help~ I’d hate for anyone else to have the same experience. Great location and everything is updated and the gal next to me~ same shellac mani/pedi was done in 1 1/2 hours.

Horrible experience, the owner did my nails and once she was done I told her I needed to go because I had an appointment and I said I would wear the paper flip flops out so they could dry properly and she said no I will put seran wrap on them and I asked her wouldn’t that make it smudge and she said no I will put a spray and then wrap them. Once I got home I took the wrap off and the nail polish on my feet was completely smudged and coming off. I’ve asked other nail salons if they’ve ever heard of this and they were shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Relaxing and quiet salon, my wife is a weekly customer. The owner is nice and professional, nails are always nice

Came here and got a fungal infection on both of my toes . My owner tried to blame me for not speaking up about it but if her tools were clean it wouldn’t have happened. I went there just yesterday to address the issue and instead of cleaning up the infection she asked me to put polish over top . If I didn’t go to a more reputable salon. I would have lost both my toe nails . If your not white or Asian don’t bother as I have gone more twice my name was not asked but I noticed a random white costumer off the street was greeted respectfully right away . Totally lost my business forever

This place is amazing! My nails have never been done better since I started doing shellac. I’ve been to Bella a few times in the past, so I knew their quality. After going to a salon near where I live and not being a big fan (they removed shellac every time with acetone) after seeing how Bella removes shellac sold me. No more dry and brittle nails, and it felt like less time changing the colour than the previous salon.

The girl was nice but she did a terrible job. It was like she didn't care at all and kept texting on her phone. I had to keep telling her to do something to make them better. In the end none of my nails are the same length and they are incredibly bumpy. Her reply when I asked her to file it more for the 3rd time was gel nails are always bumpy- there's nothing you can do". I feel like if you asked for the owner you might get a better service as this place was highly recommended to me by another salon that didn't do gel nails."

Wanted to try a new place, worst service ever! I have never been to a Salon that is so unprofessional. My sister and I went to get UV gel nails done around 7:30 PM. We showed a picture of a simple round shape we wanted. About 15 minutes into the procedure, I saw that it looked very different from what I had asked. I am never picky, but this was unacceptable because it looked like claws. I was very apologetic and kindly told her that it was not similar to what I had shown her. She responded by saying she would have to redo a few nails but she wasn't willing to because she wanted to go home. She said the options were to either complete the job as is, or remove it completely and I could go to another place! At this point, I was speechless. There was no way I could go forward with this, it looked terrible! I politely declined to continue and asked if she could please redo the 4 nails because I was now stuck with a job unfinished. She kept repeating that she wanted to go home, I honestly did not know how to respond. She then got up to wash her hands and with confusion, I asked her if she was going to finish my nails, her response was, I don't want to do." She walked away! In disbelief

I used to come here for pedicures all the time. But today I came and it was filthy. The girl doing my pedi half assed it and it wasn’t worth the time or money. She hurt me multiple times, skipped the leg massage and seemed like she’d never applied nail polish before.The owner was also sitting in the front coughing something up the whole time.Generally a bad experience, and will not go back again. I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been shut down due to how dirty it is.
