Nik and Nick were fantastic! Great communication prior to showing up for the job. They walked the house to see everything we wanted to get rid of and gave us a spot on estimate - very reasonable! We had them remove all of our junk and didn’t have to lift a finger. They were super careful moving furniture and going up and downstairs. They made quick work of it all. They also had the best attitudes. 10/10 recommend!

Great customer service. You can reach a live person in seconds on the phone and they usually do same day scheduling. I found the price a bit steep. There was some negotiation and we ended up reaching an agreement. But great service. Guys that came here were really friendly and got one full truckload done in one hour.

My experience was exactly what the company promised! Easy booking (next day for me) with a convenient two hour window and a courtesy call thirty minutes prior to arrival. Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful personnel who made my horrible flooded basement mess disappear leaving me smiling and my yard clean! Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you guys!!

Excellent experience. Professional from beginning to end. I signed up online and received a couple of very professional follow up calls explaining the service and pricing. Ray and Jason showed up on time and could not have been more personable and professional. They even wore booties to keep the dirt out. They answered all my questions and effortlessly removed my old furniture and items. I would gladly hire themagain. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, accommodating, excellent customer service! Nathan & owen were quite professional and friendly. They loaded all our “Junk” with a smile. We needed more than one truck and they made it happen! Another GOT JUNK truck arrived at our driveway in 20 min.All good. I will be calling them soon for another load. It was worth the dollars spent. It couldn't have been easier using this service. Nick, Ray, and Jason came out to remove my items. I had an entire garage full. They called before they arrived and came when they said they would. Once here, they gave me my price and quickly completed the job. They even had to call another truck to complete it. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use this service again.

We were really impressed with the professional and punctual work the crew did for us to remove a large item. First Ray and nick came and they needed a back-up so Nathan and Daniel showed up to help. One hour after my initial phone call the job was complete! Thank you so much.

Nathan and Owen these two strong titans came in took out our beautiful Queen Ann china cabinet. It was time for it to go, and no one wants these big pieces anymore or will come to take for a reasonable price, and takes months to get someone. Husband called same day and within on 90 MINUTES they were at our door. Came in lifted it up , damaged nothing in the home and took great care to not damage this in perfect condition piece of furniture. At $150 bucks was totally worth it. Personable , they are professional, efficient, speak excellent English —yay ! -so communication no problem. Would use again for sure. ~ (as a note - The local ReSale shop with habitat for humanity will NOT come in the house for any donation must be in the driveway or a garage). So using Nathan and Owen with 1-800 Junk , kept out family safe, sane and UNinjured because it was a huge piece. ……AND while it’s not junk they can donate it , recycle or keep it , someone will see the potential in this and hopefully use to their pleasure.

Jason and Nick were outstanding- couldn’t speak more highly of their professionalism and promptness. After cleaning out our parents shed, we were left with 30 years of unwanted items. Within a span of two hours on a Saturday afternoon we were able to book service online and have them at our door ready to help. They did everything- we literally only provided direction on what they were to take and what we were keeping. Very reasonable pricing and even better service. I would definitely utilize them again and recommend to anyone. Great experience!

The team that came was amazing! They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. My shed was down in a couple of hours and they cleaned up every last scrap and nail. When I priced out doing it ourselves, I would have only saved" about $800 but the headaches and backaches we saved were priceless. I would definitely use them again!"
