Prompt delivery , when picked everything up the driver did not want to count everything whith me , said had no time to do it . I had counted everything and told them there was 9 glasses broken was honest and hoped they would too .They charged for 27 broken glasses !!!Beware !Count everything with the driver and make sur to make him sign and I suggest to take pictures .

I recently used Chez Lili rentals for an outdoor corporate event. I rented their umbrellas with bases. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. They were not as pictured on their website, so if you are concerned with colour scheme, I’d suggest reaching out to make sure they are right for you. They were perfect for our party and we would use Chez Lili again.

Extremely unprofessional Chez Lili Party Rentals dropped off their equipment to the lobby without telling any staff member their belongings were there. Because of their lack of communication, the party equipment was just sitting in the lobby for god knows how long. None of our staff even knew that their equipment was there until our building manager came up frantic informing us that a bunch of stuff has been sitting in the lobby taking up space and he was forced to bring it up. Following the event the next day - all of their belongings linens, glassware and tables are still in our office. I took it upon myself to call Chez Lili and the women was beyond rude... screaming to me on the phone telling me she sent two boys to pick up their stuff but their stuff was not in the lobby. Since when is it our responsibility to bring THEIR stuff to the lobby? When we are NOT supposed to leave stuff of this magnitude in the lobby. Their instruction should have been to call one of the staff here in the office, come to the unit drop off AND pick up their things from OUR UNIT. NOT THE LOBBY. The absolute lack of communication, and the absolute disorganization of this entire company and their supplier is beyond unprofessional. I highly suggest not using this company to avoid having the same issues. Super embarrassing, please learn how to run a business.

We hired Chez Lili for the majority of our rentals for our wedding day and the experience was great! They were very responsive to email requests and modifications to our order. Everything was delivered on time and clean. They even upgraded our fridge rental from standard to commercial for free since there was an issue with the standard fridge a few days before the event. Overall we are very happy with the service and quality received and would definitely recommend to anyone.

**DO NOT RENT FROM THIS VENDOR**Given everything we have gone through with rescheduling our wedding due to covid, Chez Lili refused to return our deposit. They did not lift a finger or provide any services. We simply called to make a reservation for glassware for our wedding but had to cancel due to the first covid outbreak. We gave them 3 months notice of cancellation and they refused to refund the deposit. This is extremely unreasonable, especially because the invoice did not mention the deposit was non refundable. No where on the invoice or website did they say their deposit was non refundable. I would not recommend to anyone!!

Chez Lili provided us the rentals for the tables, chairs, linens, plates and cutlery. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition. The rustic chairs were beautiful and everyone loved them. The tables are in very used shape but you can’t tell once there is a floor length table cloth on them. The issue I had with Chez Lili was a month out from our wedding when I reached out to add napkins to my order (thank goodness I did). My initial order was done over a year in advance and I figured that everything was good to go. When I emailed to add napkins, they informed me that my invoice was old and that they no longer had a dancefloor to provide as it had been damaged in a fire in 2021. I understand that things happen and that the fire was very unfortunate, but no one had notified me that a dancefloor was no longer available. When I asked them if they would be able to figure something out for me and get my a dancefloor, they said that they couldn’t do anything for me. I was very upset and discouraged with the lack of help they were providing. I told them to take the dancefloor off of my order if they couldn’t help me and that I would figure it out. Amanda, from Sea and Silk, provided me the name of Rebel Tents and they were able to get me a dancefloor within a few hours of reaching out. A couple days later I received an email from Chez Lili saying that they were able to find me a dancefloor and that they would add it to my order. At that point I had already booked Rebel Tents and I was so angry that they went from saying they weren’t willing to help me a month out from my wedding to all of the sudden finding a dancefloor that I refused to provide them any additional money and did not take their dancefloor option. When I asked them when they had planned on telling me that a dancefloor was not available the answer was “I don’t know” which I found to be very unprofessional. It all ended up working out for us but the additional stress that they caused me a month out from my wedding was not the customer service I expect when spending thousands of dollars.

Chez Lili provided all of our chairs, tables, and dish wear etc. for our wedding in August 2019. We were very happy with our experience with this company as they made the process seamless. Their selection was substantially greater than anything else I could find in the area. Plus, their prices could not be beat! They are also very knowledgeable. I would recommend them without reservation and I would give them my business again.

An incredible selection of Party rental equipment and a fantastic delivery and pickup service. I have used Chez Lili for both private and commercial functions and they always meet or beat my expectations.
