Monk Office is one of my go-to business supply stores. I love the variety of products at reasonable prices. In my experience, staff have been friendly and usually ask if I need any assistance.

Quite contrary to what OnThis Rock says... I have been a regular at this store for several years and have never once been mistreated in any way. In fact, all the staff have been very good to me.I highly recommend this location for all your printing purposes. They offer professional and courteous service - and I have never once not been satisfied with the quality of either my printing or treatment.

They are so nice and helpful every time I go. I don't own a printer so I go often. Today I needed to print a contract, sign it and scan it back to be emailed. After a minimal wait in line, they did it right away and service with a smile.

Poor customer service at the lamination booth. Second time I’ve visited this location and the lady at the photocopy/lamination area seems particularly unhelpful. Had a handful of papers (12 regular sized printer paper) that needed laminating and she said it would be several days to a week? Had no intention of helping. I won’t be returning for a third time

I never write reviews unless they are 5 - stars; however, this was the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I wanted to print a fairly significant amount of documents and the women behind the counter was insanely rude. She wouldn't give me the email and when I asked questions completely ignored me. (It really wasn't that busy). The store seems to be in good repair and I hope the owners atleast talk to this women, because as a business owner who employs a dozen people this would really upset me.

Unfortunately, I have experienced very poor service every time I went. Staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. When my order is arrived, no notification, no apology. Many of my friends had similar experiences. The only reason I go here is the location which is convenient for me, but as much as possible, I would avoid shopping here.

I do all my standard business printing here! They always do an excellent job and get things done so quickly! Karly is AMAZING and she should get 5 stars just on her own!

They carry useful stuff. The Copy and Print department of the business is a bit hit or miss, sometimes it's open and sometimes its closed. Too bad their business hours dont extend a bit into the evening, I cant make it there in the weekday but that's more of an Island attitude then their business practise.

The girls behind the counter are rude, dismissive and snobby. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, instead blaming it on the customer when they fax something incorrectly. They act like they work at Fenti rather than an office supply store. I’ll go anywhere else but this place until they either train their staff to utilize customer service and some humility or replaces them altogether. My company requires several 100 fliers to be printed, but I won’t be going here. Keep your distance.

Fast, exactly as specified every time. Good people, no problems. I have seen staff be very, very patient with needy, entitled, impatient customers. They are great.
