TK and crew are trustworthy and reliable. They built my house at the height of the COVID19 pandemic, and still managed to finish on budget and on time. Build quality is on par with development new housing construction. Would use again.

After a lengthy vetting process, we selected TK Building Group to build our custom family home. We’ve worked with several builders/contractors for various residential projects over the years and we can easily say that TK was, by far, the best. They were knowledgeable, professional, well-connected with their subcontractors and proud to stand behind their creations. Issues will typically arise with a large build, but they readily owned them and worked with us to find solutions. They were also quick to respond to questions which made the stressful process of building a home a lot less arduous. We highly recommend TK Building Group and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

We contacted TK Building group to come take a look at our old house to give us a quote and see what they could do for building a new house for us. We heard back from Kyle within the same day and he had scheduled a meeting with us to come out and see the property. I was impressed right away with how quick he was to respond and willing to work with us. We met and told him what we wanted and he was able to get us a price within the same week. From there he took care of all the drawings we needed for permits, which was nice because some other contractors want you to go get your own drawings before they quote. Kyle was able to give us a timeline that we were more than happy with. Once the build started we started talking more with the other half of TK building group (Tim) but Kyle was still in contact throughout the whole build. Tim was great to work with. He scheduled all the trades and everything went smoothly. Tim was able to answer all the construction questions we had and he was able to give us a more than fair price when we wanted something extra added to the house. Now that we are moved into the house we love it and are so happy to be living in a brand new house. TK rebuilt our house which was destroyed by a fire in 2018. They took over the build from another contractor who had seriously mishandled the whole project, and literally saved it from shipwreck.The resulting house is everything we wanted - modern, spacious and well built, with attention to detail.Working with their team and their subcontractors was also great. We recommend them highly.
