Awesome service, came in looking for a chain/carb kit for a vintage Homelite saw I was fixing. They got me sorted out same day. The chain cuts awesome (their brand) and their pricing was what I good too. I'll be going there again for any chainsaw parts I need in the future.

Used to work in the warehouse, first time ever getting a nose bleed from a work environment. Warehouse is never cleaned causing great health risks while working and breathing in all the particles in the air. Left and no longer experience nose bleeds.EDIT: I also remember the supervisors saying I don't work hard enough even though I had to climb ladders for them due to them being unable to climb it themselves.

A great shop to have in London a good mix of small engine and arborist supplies. Staff are friendly and eager to help.

Sorry guys, I have multiple times this year had chains that were not exact. Earlier this yeah I bought a larger bar and 3 chains for my 550xp, but it was for a my 272xp. Well I can use it. Then I got a chain for my Mikita, and it was a 58j, .058 for my 550xp. Okay I could use it.Now I am opening the chains for my top Handel to sell it, from when I brought the bar and chain in there 12 not 14". Just opening them now I'm seeing there incorrect to sell the thing be I leave country for work.Amazing people! Amazing Shop! But step up the chain game and little bit or a better system to allow people select chains then that massive silly book of a billion numbers!!!"

Placed an online order with them. I received no confirmation email of my order after I placed it and my card was charged. I emailed 3 times asking if my order was received. No response. No shipping eta, or tracking information provided. My order finally shows up. I receive email from them finally few days later. I respond letting them know it showed up and that I would have appreciated a confirmation. No response!! I would NEVER deal with this company again. Worst customer service on an online retailer I've ever seen!!

not the same store as it was 10 years ago.Lack of pride in ownership and willingness to assist.If i have to find the part number online for you why do i need Laser sales?? that's your job.Find the part and order it.Try to buy local but they pushed us away.I found my belt online in 2 mins, USA supplier,we will have it a week OUCH 3.9 out of 5 with just 33 reviews is bad !!!!!

good day I called around 1:00pm ordered some parts.the sales rep said would like to pay by debit or credit card. debit shoulds good the she said there's an alarm going off I'll call you back. received a call paid.she said call when you arrive so I did .parts will be right out they said. waited nothing so called as I was calling a man said you can't pay by debit. me why was I told I could or why didn't someone call me back or when I informed you I was here. then as i was calling back to pay they hang up on me. it would have been nice if they offered something for my troubles.
