Parking Indigo Vancouver Lot 118 - Golden Crown

We got locked out and had to wait outside in the cold for an hour!No sign of warning for pay by phone users. There’s only a small sign that says gate closes at 7pm at the gate entrance, but at an angle that’s hard to be noticed by driver. Normally in that case there’s still another door for people to get in after hours, but not this parkade.The 24hr service dispatch centre was very impatient on the phone, and the dispatch person who was supposed to come from Surrey never showed up! It was a friendly resident who let us in.There was multiple car owners who got locked out together in the cold that night!

Terrible signposting about opening hours, and it isn't explained that the opening hours isn't about being able to park, but also not able to get the car out! Ridiculous! Never visited a garage that you can't remove your vehicle from

I have monthly parking. My car was broken into at this 'secured parking' lot. Indigo flat out doesnt care and will not help.Avoid at all cost.

Good parking garage with lots of space, located in the heart of Chinatown. I paid 12 Cad for 24hrs. However, like Martin said, gate is open from 6am to 8pm. So don't park here if you'll be picking your car up outside these hours. Unless you want to wait a long time and pay an extra 40 CAD.

My car was parked on the 5th floor in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. I went for lunch around noon and my car was broken into at 12:55 (showed in my in car camera). Windshield on the driver side was smashed and stuff was stolen. The lack of security in the parking lot is ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. Indigo has done nothing despite all these bad reviews. My car was parked on the 4th floor. This morning the window glass on the driver's side was smashed and items were stolen. Break-ins happen so many times, Indigo should’ve put instructions on what to do after your window is smashed lol

Charged me for a month of parking after I had already cancelled and would not refund me!Avoid parking here with any valuables and park at your own risk as my windows were smashed while on the 4th floor. I pay monthly to park here but will be cancelling, no sense in paying for an expensive subscription for a parkade that is not secure. The parkade says it is under 24 hour video surveillance, but it is nearly impossible to get through to Indigo on the phone to access any of this for a police report.

I got scammed! beware they lock the gate at 7pm so if you leave your car inside you will have to call them so that they can send someone from unicorn security to unlock the gate. Plus you will have to pay the guy $40 in cash otherwise they won't go and you will have to wait until the next day.

Should've read the reviews. Us and 2 other parties were also locked out by 7pm, though online says 8pm. By some miracle, a resident passed by and opened the garage for us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
