I had a very low tire. Pulled in and asked if I could get air out in a tire. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. Told me to go to Bay 1 and someone would help me. Pulled up to Bay 1 and a fella there filled my tire. No issues. Very pleasant experience.

Great service, snapped a rear axle on my truck and Graham and the guys at this location took care of me and got me back on the road quickly and kept me updated the whole time. (Very transparent and no surprise costs at the end) Highly recommend.

I have been to see Graham at Trail Tire 3 times over the last few months and I have had exceptional service every time. The shop is so clean, all distancing protocols are in place. He even disinfected my keys before he gave them back to me. My appointments were booked right away, they were always on time, and so efficient. I went in for two oil changes and to fix my tire after I drove over a screw. They have so many services to offer, they don't just do tires!

This is one of the best tire shops I've ever been to they are very professional quick and competitive prices nice waiting area . All around a super place to get tires.

Graham Tanner and the staff at the new Trail Tire are amazing. I am writing this on behalf of myself and my spouse Lyle. we have been taking our vehicles to Trail tire on 99 street for some time now. We were ecstatic that they opened the new location on 156 street and 131 avenue and Graham is running the new location. We would have continued to use the 99street location, even though it was clear across the city, so we are so fortunate to have the new location opened and Graham at the helm. We have had such great experiences with them. Customer service is over the top and we never have to worry about getting taken advantage of, plus the new location is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs and tires! 100% Thumbs up!

Great tire shop where Graham will help you out. Genuine honest shop. I went to JLR, Costco and CT to get different answers to my Land Rover tire sensors not working & 10 minutes later all fixed. Reliable, smart, and I'll be back every season. PS quoted me summer tires and they were cheaper than Costco! No seasonal tire swap charges if you purchase tires here!

Great service! I needed new tires and was worried the alignment also was an issue. The price I paid was lower than Costco, and much faster service. I was also pleased to learn my alignment was ok - they didn't try to take advantage of me and charge for work that wasn't needed. Highly recommended!

We have always received excellent service from this Trail Tire location. Graham and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and provide great customer service. We brought our fifth wheel there for new tires after coming back from winters down south. Graham sourced out the best tires for the unit and had the work done thoroughly and efficiently. Good value for the services provided. Highly recommend.
