I’m going to start this off by saying this company is atrocious!!!! The owner Bill is too greedy to purchase new tools for his HARD WORKING girls. He’d rather tape together broken items used for cleaning, tape up unsafe extension cords, just bare minimum for the amazing service his girls provide! I would like to see himself use the broken tools and create a beautiful cleaned home himself! I have a great amount of respect for the staff that do what they do with what they’re given. He absolutely does NOT put himself in his staff’s shoes. All he cares about is the money he puts into his own pockets.. stingy and cheap. I would give 0 stars !!!

So pleased with these folks, they come every four weeks and do an exceptional cleaning job. They let me know when they are coming (the day before) when they are on their way and when they have completed their job. Electronic payment is easy and trouble free. Highly recommend these folks.

Zero stars. Made an appointment 2 months ago to get a vacant unit cleaned between tenants. I get that due to the quarantine, times have been tough but it’s an empty unit with no people or furniture and a lockbox entry so it can be contactless.... First off the owner scheduled my appointment on the wrong day and didn’t call to confirm anything so when I called to confirm he said he could maybe move it to the right day... Secondly, the maid cancelled all together DAY OF (2 hours after appointment time) and we moved it to the next day with a new maid making me push my tenants move-in a day later.... For him to ultimately cancel my clean all together at 7pm the night before. Such a rodeo and not worth it. Would never book with them again.

I had them come out and not only did they not do what they were asked they didn’t clean everything. The man I spoke to was rude to me twice. I will never use them again, they are also very expensive!!! They also had an extra person come so there was 3 people instead of two.

We hired this company to clean our house on a regular basis and over a 6 month period a family heirloom china cup was broken and diamond earrings were dropped down the sink.The owner took no responsibility for either of these items being broken/lost.When the diamond earrings were dropped down the sink, we were not even told that this had happened until 3 hours after the cleaners left.Very unhappy with how these situations were handled.

Very accommodating and flexible with dates and times. They provided excellent cleaning service and are very friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone! Always on time and care about the little details (neatly folded towels, etc.). Overall, we are very satisfied.

Worked here for a year. Owner and manager are terrible. Went from 5 shifts per week to 1 shift if I was lucky for the only reason being that the manager didn’t like me. So unprofessional. Will give you equipment that is broken or taped up. Do not recommend working here. Only thing I enjoyed was working with the other staff and the customers were always kind. There are many other businesses out there that are much better.

I may not of used this business, but my friend did. I just want ppl out there to not use a service that will not do the job you want. You will end up paying for poor service!!

I did a simple grime remover spray on my new house after they cleaned" the bathrooms and the bottom of the tub outline had a ring of brown as the grime dripped down the tub to the bottom. All my shelves were still full of dust
