The fragrance department really shined here. Find a gentleman named Casey and ask for his assistance, he'll treat you very well and if you buy something will load you with very relevant and excellent samples for you and your partner!!!Clothing selection and prices were decent especially the clearance sales

Amazing experience. I went in today and was greeted by Sam. My friend was initially looking at colognes and didn't end up buying anything but Sam was so nice and not pressuring for a sale at all. She was super pleasant and nice and actually showed me a Sauvage Cologne that I smelled and was amazing. As we walked away I actually came back just to buy that Cologne off her because of how nice and amazing her customer service was! I highly recommend speaking to Sam!

This store has gone downhill in recent years. There are several checkout counters on each floor, but never more than one or two are staffed. The store itself is getting pretty run down. Carpeting is stained and torn. Floor tiles are broken and duct taped to the floor, etc. The only area that seems to be well-staffed are the cosmetic counters. They were out of stock on the item that I ordered and so they ordered it online for me. They ordered the wrong product and when I contacted their service department, I received no reply.

Large selection of clothing, bags and accessories. Visited with friends and they were shopping for the trip to India. They were very much happy to find the right thing for their parents. Loved there showcasing, it's a talent must say.

Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. You would be much better off avoiding the actual store and purchasing what you need online. They have staff throughout the floor, but it seems like they’re not concentrated in busier departments.I went in to find a sports watch. After waiting a while, I asked the one lady working at the counter for help and she said she’d come over after helping the customer she was dealing with. Instead she helped multiple customers who arrived after me, so I decided to leave.I came back later and asked to look at the watch. Upon asking if they were in stock, I was told that they didn’t have any in the store and that they usually just order them in when customers ask. Save your time and go elsewhere or order what you need from their website.

Still be a big department store. Hope it can survive. Sometimes there have very good deal. The bedding products are very good quality and prices also high

My daughter loves the Bay as we walk threw the beautiful smells of the Parfume department and they have some great 50% off deals on designer kids clothing(Brand name and quality) no matter what Bay I go to it's always got that familiar feeling from growing up close to one of the major turn of the century Flagship stores in the middle of Canada. When the prices are good it's hard to find better quality for Less elsewhere. Go check it out!

Zellers was waaaaay over hyped. Such a let down,price point is higher than the competition and nothing is thoughtfully marketed nor is anything enticing whatsoever.The comeback of Zellers fell flat.Seems like a Hudson's Bay afterthought.Don't bother...Foodieatlarge Ou812 on Google maps.

Today evening me with my family was going there to buy perfume for Father's day to my husband, but the old lady whatever we asked to smile it, first she was telling us the price. One week ago I came there and bought a perfume for my husband's birthday, the others seller was super nice and respectful but today that lady was giving us a look and the way she was telling us the price it give us the feeling that she is thinking that we can't afford it. That behavior was so disappointed and my husband so made and said let's get out of the shop that doesn't know how to behave with customer.... never come to this location pluse request to the bay management to let the know how to behave with customer

My husband loves to buy his perfume here. We had a wonderful experience here, especially when we went to get my mom's watch repaired.
