I was in this store about a week ago, I was helped by a lady named Tracey. She was very unhelpful, and ignorant/pushy with her customer service. All of the other ladies that had helped me after in the dressing room were wonderful. I was very disappointed with my experience and won’t be return to this store, especially considering that I have been in there in the past many times and never had an issue.

Great experience!Went bra shopping today, everyone was so welcoming and kept asking if I was doing okay.Christina showed me a variety of bra styles and I am very pleased with what I got. I was even offered a bra sizing. Overall, great store I always come to shop here.

I came into here with a friend to go Christmas shopping for another. I had the unfortunate opportunity to be assisted by Tracy. She was extremely rude and did not car for the customers needs, then I found out she was a manger. Who gave this woman a title with power? This store really needs to re think who is representing their management team. Luckily kaitlyn was there to help and got me everything I needed. She is eager to help customers unlike Tracy, I’m very sorry kaitlyn has to work underneath Tracy

My rating is about quality, the service wasn’t great either. I purchased 3 bras here in the last 3 months and now 2 of them have had the wire come out! I treat my bras very well and I’m very disappointed.

My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy who was amazing and helped us find the right styles and sizes that suit us. I lost a bunch of weight so had to get refitted. She was patient throughout the whole ordeal. Don't hesitate to go! Everyone is amazing and don't hesitate to help you ! Thank you Tracy for making this stressful outing a little less stressful. Lol.

Horrible service. Went into the store twice and wasn't greeted by someone either time. First time no one even talked to me nor did anyone assist me - even after I went into the fitting room. On my second visit I wanted to return product and someone at the cash desk did eventually assist me. Then she told me to go off to find some product on my own. Another employee eventually helped I still came out with something that is completely the wrong size even though I was assured it was accurate! Buyer beware.

Mad because I bought panties and they fit terribly and I can't return them even though they have tags on!What a waste of money. Amazon accepts returns, why can't you'll?!Also, the service in the store is sub par, the associates behave as if they're doing us a favour by even talking to us.

I went in today and was immediately greater by staff. So I approached her and told her I had not been in a store before and would like help finding something in my size, I am a bit over weight. She gladly helped me. I was able to find pieces to make 3 bathing suits. Since I found them all on a discount rack I hot such huge savings. I believe Angelcia (employee 863034) was her name.

Horrible customer service! I was in the store for over 20 minutes, did not get greeted with a hi or a smile. Found all my own items and went to the fitting room, waiting for 10 minutes and no one assisted me (3 employees pasted me). I finally handed my clothes to an employee after she pasted me for the third time, informed her that I had been waiting with no assistance and left. She didn’t offer an apology.

Great experience! Went bra and Swimsuit shopping. Thank you for putting the swimsuit aside! The girl that helped me was so nice and make sure that I got the perfect size!Would highly recommend this store.
