I went in the store and I felt that I was mere inconvenience, after explaining what I was after (paint for a door) I was told to check out Home Depot or Lowes. Left and went to the quince location where I was helped completely.

When are you OPEN? Website says open Saturday 9-5. Sign in the front window say open Saturday 9-5, sitting out front at 11:15 AM and store is closed. Love to do business but can’t seem to get in.

Had a really great experience, the clerk was knowledgable about the products and was easy to talk to. He really helped us out as we are restoring old doors and gave us some great advice. The varnish he suggested really made the old wood on the barn doors look 100 times better and the paint didn't just seep into the wood. His advice using the chalk paint created a rustic, but clean look. So happy with the end result!

After trying other brands of paint I had to go back to Elements of Colour for my Benjamin Moore. The gentleman who works there has been with Benjamin Moore for decades and he really knows his stuff. He's always helpful but never tries to up-sell you or pressure you into products you don't want or need.

Amazing experience! We didn't know the paint colour the original home owners had used & he was able to distinguish from a photo what it was - on a scratched up paint label from the old paint can. PLUS he was able to create the perfect shade for us (we wanted it a bit lighter than the original) and had it ready within 5 minutes. Will definitely be going back for any paint needs!

The owner here is awesome. Anything you need strain related he’s the master and knows the most about that in the entire city. I go to him for all things paint and if he can’t help you he’ll point you towards someone who can! Funny too - my go to paint store

The young gentleman, Nathan, running the store was fabulous! My husband and I brought our 10 year old paint to do some patchwork around the house and he salvaged and made it workable.So helpful and willing to accommodate. He was knowledgeable, creative and very friendly. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Great advice and a very good product (but you sure pay for it). Last time I bought paint from Lowes. The consultant didn't know much about what would serve my needs. This time at Benjamin Moore it was the exact opposite.
