I used this company to ship product from Vancouver to Dawson Creek and almost every shipment I received was damaged. The claims department (Sherry) used every excuse to tell me there was nothing they could do except offer free shipping lol to cover the thousands of dollars I was out of pocket.avoid these people they do not care in my opinion what so ever. I was told by a claims rep that the Prince George facility has lots of problems and they actually asked me why are you giving us your business and to just go somewhere else.

Horrible service. I sent my parcels from prince rupert to yukon . They said it vl take only 5 business days and i got my stuff after 21 days. When I called the customer service they said they missed the truck n cant track where it is. Also i got my stuff partially damaged too. I never recommend this company to anyone.

Van Kam knows how to look after customers. We questioned a freight charge. They quickly adjusted it in a way that we are very happy with. It's how businesses respond when something isn't perfect that tells you who you want to deal with. We will happily support Van Kam!
