The services here is unmatched.I have many pen and several leather products from Montblanc. In the rare occasion where I have a problem with an item, it was immediately replaced.I have several question regarding ink and product . They always take the time to review all aspects with me.As a omega watch guy they have offered me to have their horloger come from Toronto to talk about the difference.

Excellent service, Sam is well aware of all products carried at the store, and can provide excellent information.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the store has a good variety of products. I enjoyed my past experiences shopping there and do recommend paying them a visit when looking to buy a MontBlanc.

I have been a Montblanc client for over 10 years having bought from several locations world wide (I travel a lot) I was taken a back when I read the reviews here and planing to go to the store, fortunately the review did nothing to stop my desire to spoil myself so I went to the store looking like a bum (really, I was in running shoes, track pants and a 3 days old shave). the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello. The manager was serving a client and within a minute, an associate pop out from behind a glass door. the service was as one would expect from a company of this reputation; flawless and in par with how I have been server in Germany and Paris and Dubai...
