Great gym and staff. Never busy. Only complaints since being a member are the cut back on hours and the basketball courts never being available. Sometimes not even allowed to use the “private court” when it’s completely empty for the whole day. Other than that great low-key gym that is never too busy during peak hours.

Amazing equipment but not enough machines for for free weights. Steam room is good and washrooms too . App is amazing whivh keeps you competitive with others on move .Hope to make the soccer arena part of the gym

They both signed up before covid and after cancelling, they are sending us a bill in 2023 of payment that needs to be made. What??? When we try to reach out to them they say these payments are valid.HUGE SCAMMERS. BEWARE. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER CANCELLED MEMBERSHIP!

Wish I could give zero stars, these people trick you into signing a legally binding agreement by lying about their cancellation policy. Providing misleading information to get someone to sign a contract is illegal. Then they say “we can’t prove that that associate said that to you”. I wrote emails and they stopped charging me for one month but started charging me again. I highly recommend reporting them to the Ministry of Goods and Services, the representatives are very helpful!!!

Parents please if you are looking to sign your kids up for any of their basketball programs. Please understand that it is a one year agreement. There is no way of canceling. The only way to cancel is to pay up front $100 AND show proof of address change that needs to be 25 km from this location. They don’t tell you this at all upfront so please make sure you know what you are signing your children for. Children’s programs should not have 1 year agreement. Ridiculous!

terrible staff and management , have hidden policies where I am not allowed to cancel membership anytime. how is that i have to meet in person monday wednesday or thursday before 3 pm to cancel when I have a full time job ? literally having money taken from my card when i haven’t been going to the gym for months. steve has been giving me and my friends a horrible time here, definitely recommend trying another gym.

Let me start this review by saying READ THE FINE PRINT! You can cancel your membership with no penalty if you cancel within 10 days of registering! This tid bit of info was not shared with me by the associate that signed me up. I initially went to this gym thinking it would be nice to go to a smaller gym. BIG MISTAKE :). I was charged when I initially signed up and then was charged again within a couple of weeks. This second charge was not the discussed membership fee and instead a random amount. I contacted an associate at the gym asking what this charge was and he told me that it was to cover some costs they had and he was unaware of this fee when he signed me up. Like some of the previous reviews mentioned, I also wanted to cancel the membership. Instead, I was given the option to “freeze” my account. This meant that the time on this membership would be saved even if I don’t use it during their 3 month or so freeze period..but my account will still be charged. Since the option to cancel was non-existent with this gym, I decided to stop the payments with my bank.I then received a call from someone in the accounts department. I spoke to her and informed her that I had moved and would like to cancel. She told me that she would call me back within 2-3 days after speaking to the rest of the dept. I never got a call back. So I tried calling back to speak to her, but she would always be “gone for the day” or not in that day. The last associate i spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional, stating “yea whatever” when he was told that I had attempted to call x3 to speak to the lady. He told me you can come in and we can see what we can do.So the point of all of this is, as stated in previous reviews…save yourself time and money and go to a reliable gym. Go to Goodlife..thats what I did.

Absolutely love this club. We enjoy the pool and the high tech gym equipment. Best thing is that its very classy and they truly value their members.We took the family membership hands down the best decisionMy kids go to soccer practice with coach James and they absolutely love him and have improved in soccer so much.“Best coach ever” my sons words after practicing with him.No doubt 5 stars to this club don’t let anyone tell you otherwise

After looking at the Google reviews I was a bit hesitant to join, however, I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Paul, the manager of the basketball program. When I signed up my son for basketball, Paul went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He gave us a thorough tour of the gym and provided an excellent basketball demo for my son showcasing his genuine passion for basketball. Paul's attentiveness, communication skills, and personalized approach made us feel valued as customers. With his guidance, I am confident that my son will receive top-notch training and have an incredible experience at Wynn Fitness. Thank you Paul for the amazing experience, look for him!!!
