Over the past few weeks, I have had to attend several labs in Langley ( Willowbrook, Brookswood, and 206th). Each time, I have been acknowledged with a pleasant greeting, and have seen this be the case for all others. These clinics are extremely busy. The staff is overworked and yet respectful to all. Thank you for being great representatives of our community, as well as very skilled at your jobs.

The fact that this is appt only and you can never book an appt unless you book a month in advance is simply UNACCEPTABLE! People in Langley shouldn’t have to grovel and beckon for their health services!

This location only accepts appointment so no walk-ins. I was able to get one on their site but the process is a bit longer because you need to create an account and register. This is only the location available for today and it is the earliest so this was my only choice. They are located on the 2nd floor and the clinic is small but it is well organized and surprisingly clean. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Parking is a bit hard because it has limited space shared by multiple establishment. I like this Medical Laboratory and will deffinitely come back in the future.

Being pregnant I’ve had to get my blood taken lots of times and I always go to this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes it can get busy but that’s to be excepted. Usually I don’t have to wait to long.

Ugh. Space appts further apart. A booked appt shouldn’t equal a 40 min wait. Otherwise, staff always pleasant here.

This location is very slow. I booked my appt with days in advance and had to wait +40 min to get my blood test. It's not clean, and it's very messy. I don't recommend.

I have used Lifelabs regularly for years and especially this location. The staff are competent, efficient and remarkably chipper considering the pace of work, PPE, and impatient public they have to deal with. They are also very accommodating (probably too much) to walks ins and late appointments. The reviewers complaining about the online booking system have no idea what they are talking about. The old walk in system was a nightmare. You had to show up at 545am just to get one of the first few fasting morning appointments of the day or face hours in line. Really, rude they did not consider that I am a mother who brought my baby, I am always taking care about him 24/7. I called to make an appoinment, they say you can be able to walk-in and do the exam, so that was what I did.Arrived they did not allow me to do the exam because, I am with my baby!!!They explained to me it is the rules but, It is not fair, and kind of rude, and not acceptable.I was feeling really offended by the girl who was working in the reception.
