DON'T RECOMMEND this place at all!! Worse manicure & pedicure ever!! It's not a hygiene place at all!! Their wax room is dirtiest wax room ever , they use a very bad quality wax that caused a lot ingrown hair for me!!

Went for a standard facial and was very underwhelmed.I had no idea what the person was doing or using. She didn’t ask for my feedback either throughout the session. I don’t even know her name. The massage was nice but very short.The place was loud and could have been more hygienic (ex cotton pads, etc were sitting in a dusty open jar). The table was comfortable enough but the blanket didn’t even cover my feet. Towels looked old.They used dermalogica products which are nice. No special tools to enhance the experience.. just basic wet cotton pads on my eyes that kept falling off and hot towels.Overall, I would not recommend this place. It’s totally overpriced for the experience. I paid $140~ with tax and a $5 tip.

One of the worst manicures I’ve had. I’ve had good experiences in the past at the Westmount location as well as with Alexa at the Griffintown one, but to put it plainly, this manicure is of really, really poor quality. Both the shaping and the execution/application are horrible. I’d recommend finding another salon or at least booking with someone who comes highly recommended.The receptionist was nice though, and was super apologetic. She offered me a $10 off coupon for my next visit but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I came in for a shellac pedi and removal appointment today (Sunday) and arrived 5 minutes early. Staff were kind and polite but clearly not trained well. I have regular pedicures every month and have been to many salons across the city—this was one of my worst experiences in terms of quality of service. My toes are burning in my socks as I write this. My removal was very painful, the technician was rough with the file and kept hitting the edges of my toes. She was apologetic, but it continued to hurt. My toes were burning once the acetone-soaked cotton was applied. The heating pad she placed on my toes once the foil was put on was far too hot and was burning my skin. I told her and she adjusted it but this did very little to soothe the pain, and it only got worse. She walked away for a while to let the acetone soak in and left the heating pad on my toes. I removed it after a few minutes—it was far too painful. 45 minutes later, my shellac was finally removed. There were 15 minutes left before closing time. They offered to do what they could with the 15 minutes they had but I politely declined, based on the amount of pain I’d experienced, I did not want anyone there touching my feet with anything remotely sharp. The technician sincerely apologized but then walked away and left me with my feet in the water, I had to grab a towel and awkwardly wipe the soap and water off myself. So… 45 minutes after I arrived, I left with a simple shellac removal and no pedicure. On top of this, I still had to Pay $18 and the price of my Uber to and from my house. I’m so disappointed. The girls were sweet, I must emphasize this, but this doesn’t change the fact that your technician inflicted a lot of pain and that I did not receive the service I booked for. Based on the good reviews and the level of service I experienced at the Westmount location with waxing, I expected better.Update: I got home and checked my toes. Your technician RUINED my toes. They are damaged beyond repair and I am STILL in a lot of pain. She filed LAYERS of my nails off and they are still painful, hours later. I am furious and incredibly upset.Update #2: I was unable to sleep properly due to the pain of my toes against my blanket last night. The slightest brush of fabric stings and I feel a burning sensation even when my feet aren’t touching anything. I am severely injured after the service rendered at your salon.

I had a problem with the colour of my nails and after a retouch, my nail chipped on the same day I got them done. The manager was kind enough to call me and do them all over again for free. She was so sweet and attentive and took all of her time to make sure they won’t chip again. I was so satisfied from the result! The staff is very kind and welcoming! I would recommend you going there!(The picture is from the second time I got them done. It’s so shiny, I LOVE them!)

I really like the Ten Spot because I know I’m going to get good service. The estheticians are super friendly which is important for me and I feel really at ease. The waxing experience is always great and I like the selection of nail polish for shellac.
