Generally, staff are courteous and kind, the shelves are stocked and the store appears well kept given how few people are on the floor. My most recent visit, however (Dec 19 2022, noon-ish ended with a rather unpleasant interaction at the cashier. I was looking to have a coupon applied to at least one item I purchased, and upon checkout had asked the clerk which item I got the discount, to which she replied with an annoyed, I dunno

Bigger collection, sufficient parking spots and convenient location

Horrible the people who work there were rude, they followed me around the store qso closely that I could smell what either one of them had for lunch. they were so close it made me feel really uncomfortable like they were some kidnapper and I was underage child they were trying to kidnap. most horrible experience I ever had in my life I was so embarrassed and mortified with the way that they were acting and what they had said to me I recommend never going to that store and if you had to go to that store make sure you have your camera on so that you can documents how rude they are to you and show the better business bureau and have them shut down or have everybody fired at that specific location. I couldn't even breathe because they were following so close and I have social anxiety and very severe asthma 5-minutes in that store and I was hyperventilating and having anxiety attacks because they were so close. Even as I was buying my merchandise at the counter the flamboyant blond-haired man that was working there was insulting me and trying to tell me that he didn't want me to come to the store ever again because I had told him to back off and quit following me so close that I couldn't breathe...

Service was great, the girl that heaped me had no idea what I was asking for, but to be fair, it was a terrible description. She asked for help and they were able to tell me exactly where to go!Always friendly and helpful staff when I have to stop in.

I used to love this store because the staff were always friendly. Lately, that hasn’t been the case and I’m now put off from giving them my business.The older lady with short hair working the cashier line is the WORST. She is rude and shouldn’t be in customer service at all. She doesn’t say hi, doesn’t say bye, sighs, and shows attitude. I’ve encountered this with her 3 times and needless to say, I don’t like this store anymore. Once, I went through the whole transaction without her saying a single word. You’re lucky if she doesn’t say anything - most of the time, she acts like you’re annoying and she hates her job.Yesterday, she said rudely, “I need to scan your phone” for the 30% discount, and she scanned it, it beeped, so I started to withdraw my phone back. I guess she scanned the wrong barcode and then rudely, and loudly, said, “Please!” gesturing that she didn’t finish scanning. Was I supposed to know that you made a mistake? Rude AF, has no place serving customers.One bad apple can truly ruin everything. I won’t shop here anymore until they get rid of her. Their prices aren’t cheap, so I’d rather give my money to Amazon or another business than this store AND get met with attitude every time.(I see another reviewer complaining about the same worker. She’s terrible.)

This is my candy store! They put level 3 canvases on a couple of times a year for 60% off! It's such a good deal. Also, the buy 2 get one free on any paint or paint item is excellent for restocking supplies and brushes. I tend to go first thing in the morning on a weekday so it's not crowded. I also purchase most of my stuff online and then just go pick it up and take a quick browse through the store.

I love Michael's, a creators heaven. Could spend many hours looking up and down all aisles. Even though I'm primarily there for the yarn! :) They often have great sales and discounts going on too!

First time in that store so I asked an employee where were the rock painting located. He left what he was doing and took me to the right aisle and showed me the paints and everything else that I needed, he even carried my purchases for me because I was using a cane and left them with a cashier. He was so helpful,considerate to my disability. Very patient and good knowledge. I consider myself very lucky to have run with this beautiful person.

The staff are always lovely and the selection is pretty good. I did find that there seemed to be fewer frames in stock lately, but perhaps they're just switching things around. Definitely a great craft store to wander around!

Yarn heaven. They had chunky knitting needles there today for $5.99! Also, I absolutely love their coupons and loyalty program. There's always some kind of deal to be had, which keeps me coming back for more. Many of the items here, especially when on sale, are far cheaper than you'd find on Amazon. Beads and semi precious stones especially.
