People using folding tables as diaper change tables not sanitary!More staff needed on duty.Signage should be posted about what can be done and not done.

As a customer for 3 years making use of their commercial washing machines, the staff are friendly and helpful while you visit. There are supplies for laundry available like detergent, reusable or plastic bags to take laundry home in, and coffee or snacks for your visit. The place is always exceptionally clean thanks to the evening staff who you witness wiping down all surfaces and shared spaces.Highlight today was how staff figured out how to reach me to advise the north location would be shut for hot water repair and called me to advise I could use Charlotte Street location still. Lots of interesting people to share the space with to make the task of laundry more interesting. And there's music.

This was my first time doing my laundry here. I am extremely pleased with the results. First of all the location is easily accessible in the north end. And there is enough parking with multiple exits. The store itself is kept very clean and bright. I met the owner and she is very helpful, patient and friendly. She took the time to explain the machines and which ones would work best for the amount of laundry I had. The machines are priced very fairly. And they work great. I will be a returning customer. Very Clean, very nice owner and good machines. Three different sizes of washers and lots of dryers.Coin changer and ATM for $2.50.

Machines were very clean, inside and out. Washers were a bit pricey - cheapest I saw were $4/load. Dryers are $0.25/5mins.The attendant seemed very nice. Good selection of laundry products to purchase.

Okay, nobody wants to spend time at a laundromat, but if you need to.. I was dubious about the rating, but needed to go and wash a comforter in a large washer. The place is clean and organized and the staff are very helpful! If you need to go, it's a good one!

Nothing wrong with the people because they're always fantastic when they're there, but their ATM only gives you $10 bills and surprise! Their coin machine rarely accepts them. I took out $40 to do my bedsheets this morning and had to go the convenience store to get change. They don't give you all their change (I understand that) so I wasn't able to do all my laundry. Again the people are very nice but this is extremely frustrating and it isn't new. It's been like this for months. I waited to give a review because I thought by now they'd fix it but they haven't. I don't like carrying cash on me and the service for getting change should be working for a business that relies on you to use change! Please fix this by either fixing your change machine or by letting the ATM give out 5's and 20's.

Amazing place, staff is attentive!Always clean, they have big machines for my bedding! Cost is good, way better than running my machine at home all day. Keeps my hydro and water bill from going through the roof.I just tried their wash dry fold service last week. Wow! That helped me so much with my insane busy week.

Great place - super clean. Very kind attendant even put money in my friend's dryer when we stepped out for a moment.

The person who is working here is so kind! She did a great job assisting me to do my laundry. I will go back for sure.
