Laula's Tailoring & Alteration

I went here with two bathing suit bottoms and two pants. I mentioned I was leaving on vacation a week later on the Saturday and needed them back by Friday and asked if that was possible. I needed one pants hemmed and two bathing suit bottoms brought in and up (down a size). Two employees and myself went over the bathing suits of what I needed and I brought in a pair I needed them to match size wise. They told me by Tuesday pants would be done and by Friday the bottoms. I paid and came back Friday and they were not ready. Right before they closed I came back and they didn’t do the bottoms; they only took them in and left them long, then proceeded to say I was ok with that even though she herself mentioned taking them up so they didn’t “hang low”, now I am left hours before my trip without bathing suit bottoms that I will have to take somewhere else when I’m back to try and fix. I would not suggest.

We have been bringing all of our alterations and dry cleaning here for years. She does an excellent job on all our alteration needs. Quick turnaround and good prices. Just brought her a coat I though was torn beyond repair and she was able to fix it!

Exceptional service and quality. I brought a jacket in for alternations and she did an excellent job. I ended up wanting some additional adjustments later on and brought it back (I changed my mind on fit, it was not an issue with quality or workmanship). Even though the additional work was entirely my own request, she did not charge me for it and did a great job. I've used her three times now and have been very satisfied each time. Highly recommend.

I have been going to 'Laula's Tailoring & Alteration' for about 4 years now. I have never been disappointed by her service. She had made alternations and repairs to dozens of both my wife and I's garments. She has repaired my athletics clothing, made it fit better if it was too baggy from an online retailer. She also repaired my wife's athletic gear with patches and new zippers. All the repairs and alterations are very well done. Recently, I brought in about a dozen dress shirts and pants combinations to have them altered to fit better. She completed the whole order within a couple weeks and did so at a very reasonable price. Overall, I have had nothing but good experiences with 'Laula's Tailoring & Alteration' and highly recommend it.

Brought my bridesmaid dress here to get it hemed. When I came to pick it, we noticed when I tried it on that there were grease/oil looking marks all over it. The lady took NO responsibility for it and didn't even point it out - she would have been perfectly fine sending us home with it if we hadn't noticed. When we pointed it out, she just kept saying something about oh the steamer did it" which neither of us have ever heard of a steamer leaving stains so was clear there was something that happened that they weren't telling us.We had to go back and forth with her a few times saying the custom ordered dress is now ruined and eventually she agreed to get it dry-cleaned

Always on time. great job, and great price.Quality of work is also great. I have had pants hemmed, suit jackets tightened, arm lengths shortened, and have always been satisfied.Good price too!
