National Snow Removal

Like many other homeowners we were scammed last season in January by a contractor who didn’t show up and took our money for 6 homes on our street. We reached out and hired National last season in the middle of the big snow storm, they have been nothing but reliable and we continue to use them this year and hopefully in the future as well.

My parents have hired National Snow Removal for several years now. At first they were sceptical of the service but they stuck with this company because every winter they always do the best work. Thanks you for your help National Snow Removal!!!

They used to be okay, but now they never come on time, and are always late. And sometimes they just forget your property all together. Very sad, I was expecting better treatment for the amount charged.P.S. so after contacting me, there was not even an apology issued. I was told that 70 +cm of snow is hard on everyone. And nothing was offered for the fact that I removed and cleared my own driveway for the past 3 heavy snowfalls, and his crew only had to do very minor shoveling. So, vendor beware. You will not be a valued customer. As soon as there are heavy snowfalls, you are on your own.I will never recommend National snow removal to anyone

I recently hired National Snow Removal for snow removal and ice control services for my business, and I am so impressed by the professional service I have received. From the start, the team was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They listened to my needs and has done a great job of both snow removal and providing timely and efficient ice control services. I appreciate their attentive customer service and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend National Snow Removal to anyone needing snow or ice control services.

We contacted this company tontemove snow from our mother's driveway. There were emails and texts exchanged confirming the address and cost. Our mother is an elderly recently widowed women. During the last snow fall we continued to text the company asking them when they were going to show up at our mother's residence and kept receiving responses that someone would be there soon. Finally two days later when we expressed our discontent with the lack of services provided we were told that they would not come at all. Our elderly mother was left to clear significant snow on her own. Completely unprofessional!

Don't use Guys pls.. I am waiting from morning to get cleared my snow but no one show up yet.. Do you a favor don't hire these people.its not the first time either. When you call the guy he will tell you he has 15 years experience in this business. I don't know how.. maybe every couple of years changing name of the company.

This is a bogus company. They take your money and not deliver the service. Had 3 snow storms over November/December of which they didn't show-up on the 1st storm at all. 2nd storm, they showed up while the storm was just a couple of hours in, and very light snow was on the ground, and still did not do a complete job nor did they sprinkle the salt on the driveway after. Crew didn't wait until the storm completed after almost 10 hours and didn't return back either. 3rd snow storm was a complete no show again. At the time of signing the contract, had informed the owner that there is a senior on wheelchair and critical care patient that accesses the driveway to get picked and dropped off for medical appointments, but still the owner/crew did not care during the 3 storms. When tried contacting the owner, he was extremely rude to the point he stated that he has cancelled our account and that the refund will be processed according to what was stipulated on the contract. It has now been 1.5 months already and still no refund has been credited back, nor any email acknowledging from this company, nor a text message explaining the delay either. No apology received either. When they needed the initial payment, it had to be done via e-transfer, with no time wasted from the customer’s side. But when it’s time for the company to pay back the refund to the customer, which was the owner’s decision and not the customer’s, then there is no refund in sight. This is a scam/fake company just out to rob vulnerable people of their money. From a Highly Disappointed Customer.

This is our first season with them, must say they are impressive with the way they manage our office parking lot.
