Alexis and his colleague did a great job planting a mature Japanese Lilac at our place. Both were very knowledgeable about trees and gave us tips on caring for the tree post-plantation. Kudos to Alexis and the team at Horticulture Latrémouille for their enduring commitment to customer care. In May 2020 Alexis oversaw our privacy berm project that included site preparation, tree planting, and the final touches. Exceptional workmanship and customer-centric in all requirements elicitation. Three years later, today the 8th of June 2023, Alexis & Eduardo have just left our home after doing some final touch-ups (pruning of dead branches). Alexis provided my wife Alia and I with a roadmap and tips so that we can do our own maintenance and ongoing care of the trees on the berm. Noteworthy too is Alexis’ perseverance and commitment to customer satisfaction. On multiple occasions over the past three years Alexis has responded to any concerns or questions we had about our trees’ wellbeing. Commendable!

Found the tree I wanted on their farm, they planted it in our front yard and excavated an old stump from the spot in 15 minutes. Alexis and Martin worked thoroughly, kept the lawn clean, accomodated our requests as well as provided valuable advice. I hope that the tree, an Austrian pine, establishes well. Will visit the farm again.
